I was surprised to see they had a deal on the already discounted items where anything with an orange tag was 50% off. I got two shirts at $1 each! This store was extremely clean and well organized. I was able to find a Disney shirt that still had the original tag on it. They had so many different shoes to look through that they even had different areas set up for specific shoe colors. Since there are so many shoes for women, they are all pretty affordable. However, they were not as many shoes for men so they were a bit more on the expensive side. Most of the men's shoes that I found for my husband started at about $15 and went all the way up to over $100. For used shoes I wouldn't pay anything over $20. The cashiers were friendly. I saw an item behind the shelves that I wanted a price check on and the lady helped me. If you're in the area and you're looking to pick up some thrifted goods, I would definitely recommend checking this store out. They do have a restroom inside but you need to push the button by the door and wait for an employee to come let you into the bathroom. Make sure if you're with someone else that they take your items because you're not allowed to bring merchandise into the restroom with you.

The face of the homeless is not necessarily that angry man you see in downtown Orlando all the time. Face of the homeless this evening were women, children, and even senior citizens. Some appeared to have just gone there from work, they were very neatly and nicely dressed. All of the women and children we were serving were very kind and courteous and very thankful. The staff that works there they were equally very gracious and thankful that we were there to help that night. We serve a meal of chicken, corn, fruit, and milk. for dessert they received some really fancy cupcakes, that were donated by one of the cupcake bakeries. This evening for me and for all that were with me was definitely a reality check. We'll do it again soon sometime.

Their support made it possible for me and my family to get off the streets and into a safe, comfortable home. I also would like to give a very special thanks to Ms. Mallory Graham in the Intake department she was kind, professional, and worked quickly to process everything to get my check ready for the landlord. Because of her help, I was able to move in without delay. This program truly changes lives, and I am so grateful for the assistance I received.

It's always a great experience and the staff and volunteers are so welcoming and eager to assist. I'm always excited about what they will have in store. The mission for A Gift For Teaching is to improve public school education by providing resources and surplus materials for free to teachers for their students in need. I did a variety of things from sorting supplies, books, writing the name on items the teachers wanted, loading them items in the front & i ended the day with directing traffic for pick up. It was so refreshing and rewarding to give back. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I def can't wait to come back and help with this amazing cause.

He made a snide comment under his breathe that was very mean so I got in my car and left. I could care less about the donations, but I will not be spoken to like that.

Wonderful experience volunteering to sort food with co workers. The staff are courteous and very…read morehelpful. The office is organized and has a awesome mission helping feed the community. We sorted over 7k in food handling frozen, fully cooked, poultry and snacks. It was good to see the community and businesses remain committed to supporting this mission.

The staff and volunteers are amazing, the work they do is needed and the systems they have in place makes it simple and easy to make a difference!
