I went in to buy some shorts. I don't know my size and they don't have changing rooms so I got 3 different sizes. I told the lady at the cashier that I would be returning 2 of them because they don't have a changing room and I don't know my size. She said I had 7 days to return them. I paid for the shorts and asked how they do the refund. They said they don't do refunds and that I was going to get store credit. I told her if I knew that I never would have purchased them. She did not seem to care. I was polite. I left the shorts in the store and told her I'm leaving them here and that I would reverse the charges on my card. I will never return to Goodwill again. read more

Worst Good Will in Phx. Dirty, clothes everywhere but worse is the employee service. The assistant manager and manager refused to open another line with 15 people in it. More important to throw more crap out on the floor then to help the customer at the cash register and make money?? You can tell the assistant manager and manager don't give a crap about their jobs or the store. The assistant closed his line so he could go to lunch in the middle of a rush. I love to visit thrift stores when traveling. From the moment I walked in the door, this place smelled like disinfectant (clean). The store was super clean and beyond organized. I took pictures immediately and had to send to my niece asap, and then face timed my mom, just to show her how nice the store was. Love how everything was color coordinated. Whom ever is running this store deserves some praise. The staff was also nice. If ever visiting this area again, I'll be visiting this location. read more

Decent parking lot size, clean with no trash. Walked in and noticed everything was organized and neat. All categorized items were placed in open areas and didn't look like a pile of stuff at the swap meet. We had a fun experience at this location. read more

I went to exchange a few things I got the day before and when I went in a lady was helping me and she seemed to be the manger. She was very rude with her energy. She didn't say much but she didn't need to with the way her service was towards me. She gave me an in store gift card for my exchange when I needed my money back. When I asked why I got a gift card she pointed to the bottom of the receipt and told me to have a great day and walked away. The whole interaction was just plain rude, not good service and I didn't even get my money back read more

Stopped in here looking to get a used book or two to read. Mission accomplished. First time in this store. Seemed clean, etc. Customers and staff seemed nice. No complaints. I'd go back there. Ample parking and drop off spot for donations. read more

Had a wonderful time shopping here in April while my husband was at a conference. I came back a few times during my week stay. I agree with other people that say the prices are too high for a thrift store but if you have time you can typically find something to counteract the prices by finding a great deal. This happened to me on my last shopping day. I purchased 5 ties and I was so excited to be able to use them at an upcoming special occasion. I also had purchased another one I had planned to give as a gift. I arrived back home two days later and realized I did not have the ties. I looked everywhere. Even called the hotel we stayed at. It finally occurred to me that I might have left them in the cart in the store. I quickly located the number and called the store where I talked to the manager and she said that yes we do have a bag of ties here. I will package them up and send them out to you on Friday on my day off. I was thrilled! I thanked her and offered her money to ship, she said oh no this is a service we provide. Well...after four phone calls and four weeks I have not received the ties! Got told they shipped. Got told they would check the shipping got told I would get a call back and still NOTHING! I am SO MAD! If I had known this was going to happen I would've called a friend to go pick them up.
