I asked them if there was any way they could lower the price of a Montana bag that was marked at retail price on Amazon. He said that he could not, and that the prices are set in stone once they go out and that they would have to pull it back and give a note saying that it is overpriced. That did make me laugh. On the other hand, I have found wonderful deals. I got my husband an Apple Watch there for only $45 wowser that was good. Then because I have noticed that a lot of of the petite outfits for girls who are small with big chest, which would be me. You can find some really pretty outfits that don't look like Mormon clothes. I can actually say that they push you to change your wardrobe when you're part of the church. That's a positive for me because I want don't care if someone dislikes the way I dress and two they have really good brands for reasonable prices. I really hope they stay reasonable because they have so many clothes to look through that if they up their prices, it's just going to make it to where people are going to stop shopping there. I went there determine to find new clothes for my changing body because I went from a size 16. I was a big girl too a size 4 and I needed new clothes. I got myself a whole new wardrobe dresses skirts shirt, shirts, tank tops vest and even some new workout clothes for about $95 which when I say I got a lot of clothes, I got a lot of clothes not all in the same time but I kept receipts. I added up and I spent $95 on clothes. Now on my children's book collection two dollars for heart covers and one dollar for soft covers. You can't beat that. Now, for the people who work there, I feel really bad for them because many of them can't speak English or handicap or speak very little English, and also not always all there in the head. I have noticed going in there very often in the morning that the blue aprons are treated like trash by the managers. Yes I have gone there so often that I have noticed a routine. If you're looking to work there, please please remember that you are a human and you deserve to be treated with respect. For this being run by a church, I know that they treat people wrong and it's sad.

So we kind of just complained about it together while attempting to browse. It was very hard so I ended up just going over to the cart to look at books.

The store layout is absolutely perfect for browsing and the flow from department to department is just so good and aesthetically pleasing and calming. Everything is nicely spread out and orderly. There is a clearance rack (kept neat and organized by size) in every department on the floor - this makes this store unique as the ones in NY, Va and Fl have one area where everything is jammed into a small section in the wall and the sizes and hangars are all mixed up. It's more fun to shop in a store like this. Another unique feature, a big one is the caliber and attitude of the managers and employees at this 7577 W Bell Rd store. Every single employee greeted me with a smile in different parts of this store. I hope that the Chairman of Old Navy, Horacio Barbeiton and Zac Posen CEO somehow get to read this review about how absolutely fantastic the team is at this venue. Once I gave up on finding that I turned up 19th Ave and saw Bienvenido and figured I'd stop in and see if they had anything interesting. The store has a wide variety of things of good quality. I arrived when the owner did and she made me feel welcomed as did the man working inside. I came in there just to look around and ended up buying a lamp and a few new outfits. The price for the clothes couldn't be beat, the quality and price was better than any Goodwill I've been to in Phoenix. The small shop and the variety of items they sell make for an interesting ambiance. You won't find a huge selection here but the things you do find you'll love. My lamp works fine and the clothes feel great. Once I went to check out there was some technical difficulties getting the credit card reader to function correctly but I was patient. If you're looking for a good thrift shop this one is worth a look.
