I'm an avid thrifter but don't have a lot of experience with Goodwill specifically, but I always enjoy my experiences at this Goodwill! As mentioned in other reviews, there's ample parking and usually homeless people outside. They haven't bothered me or other patrons. There's a bathroom that requires a passcode, probably as an anti-homeless measure... I'm not sure how large other Goodwills tend to be, but I'm always able to walk out of the store with something decent. I've purchased bowls and dishes for about $1/piece, dresses for $8 avg, skirts for about $7 avg, tops for $6 avg. I've even purchased 2 suit sets for $10 each -- 100% silk and 100% wool respectively! Always happy with my experience at this store, although it's more expensive than I'd like a thrift store to be (then again maybe that's just the world we live in, in general). Note: if you donate a bag of clothes, you can get a 20% off coupon, although sometimes the cashier hooks me up with the coupon anyway! read more

Went into this place hopeful the store is clean unfortunately the people there who work there are a bunch of uptight too good for their job people there was some homeless people there waiting for the bathroom a lady kept yelling at him did you pay for your water did you pay for your drink I mean come on first of all let's water you guys make a lot of money I would think if anybody a homeless person could have a drink of water without you badgering them about whether or not they paid second of all I found an item in your dress department with no tag when I gave it to the lady at the register she came back with probably the highest price you probably could you guys get this stuff for free I mean come on and she was rude about it like if I took the tag off myself which I didn't I left the dress cuz I wasn't going to pay her price and I probably will never be back I think your store has bad energy bad heart and I hope you guys close read more

It's an okay one. There are better. Found a few good purses there. Not to crowded. Lots of parking. Not a whole lot of stuff but you never know what you will find. read more

If I could rate zero I would Came here a handful of times but the last time was horrible. Second last time I was followed by another customer an old white man who was accompanied by an old white woman. He followed me through the store awfully close, many times I was scared he'd grab or touch me. He left in his lime green vehicle as I told the cashier about him to which he(cashier)responded, 'oh him, he's a regular' and that the lady he was with is his sister. He said he'd tell her that that isn't 'appropriate behavior'. He sugar coated the situation by giving us (my mom and g-ma) compliments and we left. Saw his vehicle at the next goodwill we had said we'd go to and called it quits that day. Last time (literally today) it was just my mom and g-ma who went to the shop and they were treated awfully this time by staff. My mom at the register tried in her best English to speak to the same cashier I spoke to. To which he simply said with a displeased face, "In ENGLISH." She was simply asking to make a return. Not long after she tried to use the bathroom which was occupied so she waited. Another employee was in there and when she exited she saw my mom and quickly told her "NO." with a scowl. Not a peep from my mom and this stupid person jumped to answer rudely. Safe to say this sketchy sh** hole is as bad as it looks. I have pictures of the creep that I won't post cuz apparently he has rights too. I don't forget faces either so if I ever go back I won't hesitate to call you out on your discriminating behavior. read more

I am a very good donator and customer of yours. I always donate my unused and slightly used items to the back of your metro center goodwill. Tonight at 8:30PM 4/11/22, my boyfriend and I were strolling thru your store. I needed to use your restroom and asked the manager Rachel with long black hair to please unlock it.. Rachel the manager stated that she absolutely will not. My boyfriend was waiting by the bathroom for me and a male worker blonde hair with pony tail came and asked him if he needed the boys bathroom open... to which my boyfriend responded.... "Will you please open the Ladies room for my girlfriend." the worker male, blonde hair pony tail got out his key and began to open the ladies room until "Rachel" the manager made a B Line all the way from the front of the store to the back of the store where the bathroom is and stated "I TOLD HER NO AND I AM THE MANAGER DONT YOU OPEN THAT DOOR" the worker looked alarmed........ One thing is that I noticed that she left her post from the front door and ran all the way to the back of the store where the restrooms are to make sure that i wasn't going to get use of the bathroom.... I am not homeless or a drug addict that she said aren't allowed to go i am a teacher. I was dressed very well and my boyfriend was to. Abuse of managerial position not appreciated..... I am considering donating to Vincent De Paul instead...... but i know this was not the owners fault Goodwill Please rectify this situation read more

Strange place? wouldn't return an item to the original form of payment. I bought nine items but one did not fit. I was given a gift card! I attempted to apply it to another purchase. Unfortunately the cashier processed it incorrectly. Now I have no gift card and no more patience, I called the store but manger was genuinely uninterested. read more

I miss the Goodwill anyways because I missed him so much because I was in the store in 2016 and I got a charity and I'll be there in like two years and I lost weight and now I'm not losing weight because I am very sad because the people dying 2000 2020 that's the last year of Goodwill because I miss him so much and I seek you on 2000 2022 and I'm going to the store and get that shirt and I'm losing weight mass little bit and I love you guys read more
