I had really great brands from Nordstrom they didn't take because they were Eileen Fisher and this store is more Brandy Melville and Free People oriented. Caters to a younger crowd which is great because it gives teens and early 20s an affordable place to shop. Consignment is easy and they were polite. No problems there. They offer cash or slightly more in store credit. Prices on clothing are fair and they had lots of inventory and pieces under $20. Lots of fall clothes and denim. read more

I was excited to visit this store and spend some time browsing, but unfortunately the experience was not very welcoming. There was little to no greeting or engagement from the staff, and it almost felt as though our presence was an inconvenience rather than appreciated. Customer service and a friendly atmosphere can make a big difference in whether shoppers feel comfortable exploring and making purchases. I likely would have spent more time looking around had the environment felt more inviting. I've come twice now and they aren't reviewing clothes to sell, staff is really rude and I will never be back.

Came out for Spring Training from California and stopped here. My fiancé and I love to thrift shop whenever we're out. Been to a few of these locations, so I was excited we stumbled upon a new one I hadn't been to. Immediately after walking in, I knew this was THE place. I was greeted warmly, and as I walked the aisles, I was so stunned at how clean the store was and how organized it was. Found wayyyy more than anticipated. The pricing was spot on! Once we went to cash out, we struck up a conversation with the cashier who happened to be the mom of the owner. We told her how much we loved her store. She proceeds to introduce us to her daughter, who was also extremely pleasant. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work! What a gem! read more

They're not very friendly or welcoming. I went in on 4/20/24 to sell clothes and they only took 4 items, didn't even show me what items they were taking when offering me money or store credit. The rest of my bag was given back to me and I was told "we're looking for summer and spring clothes right now", understandable. I get home and go through my bag... they didn't take any of the shorts I had put in there. The shorts I had in there were Hollister and Under Armour and way nicer than the stuff in my size at the store (xs womens/juniors). I gathered some spring/summer clothes to bring in, but I doubt they'll take them even though all the dresses I want to bring in are brand new, just without tags. You can tell I take great care of my clothes, new or used. AND if you go on their website, it shows what items are "in demand"... website shows fall styles, winter styles, sneakers and athletic wear. The only thing I didn't have in my bag of stuff to sell from those categories was sneakers. I'm sure the manager will comment some generic comment like she has on the other reviews. Only giving 3 stars because I made $15 and got rid of 4 articles of clothing. read more

after reading reviews, i'm a little relieved that i'm not alone in my experience. i wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all upon entry, while i was looking around, or when i left. strange, unwelcoming vibes from this place in terms of customer service. the clothes they offer are okay. you can find comparable clothing for cheaper prices at goodwill, but if you're someone who is interested in buying brands like free people and skims, this could be the place. pricing is on the expensive side of the spectrum, and the jewelry didn't seem to be second hand at all. wouldn't recommend this spot tbh, the employees are rude and the merchandise is subpar. hit up the goodwill for a better experience. read more

This is the first and only location I've been to, I saw it on TikTok and decided to check it out but I'll never come back. I've been here twice and both times the two girls that "helped" me were so rude, impolite and overall seemed unhappy. The owner is SO rude as well as the employees. People drop off clothes while they are running errands and they are very rude about waiting if you aren't there right when they are done going through your items because it "fills up" well have a better system then! Probably one of the worst consignment/thrift stores in the North Scottsdale area. I've had many problems at this location. However I brought in two (like new condition) MCM Tote Bags over ($850 retail) & the owner had the audacity to offer me $100 for both of them together!! Keep in mind these are still online for sale and they have very high demand. Very disappointed on this location and the way they treat customers. honestly i used to absolutely love it here and recommend it to all of my friends and family that came into town. but after the last couple of visits i've really changed my perspective. the things that are actually taken and put on the shelves have really gone downhill and i've found myself only buying the jewelry or mass produced items in the store which is not what i went to that store for. another issue is that the clothes that are taken, sometimes smell, it's not their fault but you would think that would involve the rejection of the item.(just a thought) just overall disappointed.... read more

First time in. Lots of inventory, seemed well stocked. Merchandising is well done, don't forget to look up and checkout the purses on the shelves. I went in for selling but saw a few great designer items I was hoping to put some credit towards. This was my first time selling here but unfortunately nothing was explained to me on how the process worked. They quickly went through my items as I browsed around then yelled out my name. I went over, they offered 14cash or 17 credit. I asked if she could go through the items with me on what she took and what her offer was for them. I wrote the items all down along with the prices even through she was rushing through and I had to ask her to slow down. She asked me if I wanted to take the $13, I added up the amounts she gave me and it was 14.84 and I had to show her, her own writing and tell her it says $14. She did some clicking in the computer and she "so you can want cash?" Didn't even push or remind me I could choose credit. I told her the the amount was 14.84 and she said that drawer doesn't carry change. I looked at her like ??? I see more then one register that probably does have change. After the awkward pause she said they don't give out change. So instead of rounding that 84cents to $1, I get less money then what they offered. What they offer is not what you get and they do not mention that to you. This is a very dishonest way of doing business. I'm sure a lot of people just take the money and don't ask questions but I don't like being taken advantage of. 2 stars for the inventory 0 stars for dishonest business buying practices read more

I usually love this store but I walked in on Friday around 2pm and super bad vibe, dirty looks from employees and gossiping. They didn't even greet us or asked if we needed help finding something while we are in the store and we were the only ones there. I was not impressed with the girl behind the counter who looked through the clothing that I took in for possible consignment. I had a variety of jeans in multiple sizes ( 00-4 ) in various brands ( Maurices, Silver, Viggo, ). Some had only been worn possibly 6 times, others more however none were in even less than very good shape. She rejected ALL. They were too " old ". I also had a dozen or more " Harley Davidson" shirts again most worn less than 6 times ALL too old, as was every single item I had. Granted I'm over 50 but I have shopped like a much younger person for 10-15 years now, with the exception of a few articles of clothing from Chico's ( which everything from there is a minimum amount of $50 - that's usually on sale ). I felt like she decided early on that I was too old for the store, rather than the clothes. She suggested a "vintage" consignment shop. Nothing I have is that old! VERY disappointing. read more

Just walked into the store. Horrible customer service. I received a dirty look. Not welcoming at all. Never have I been somewhere where I am not asked if I need help or simply welcomed in general. On top of that neither of the two workers were wearing masks. The mandate is over but that is a huge turn off. I will not be returning. No wonder the store was completely empty. I have been to many uptown Cheapskates before and they are always full. This one is terrible. I advice to take your business elsewhere. read more
