I made countless trips to this location for drop off donation. I like this store it's clean and organized. I've wanted to purchase several things in this store but the pricing is not done properly. Everything is 3 times what it would be BRAND new at Home Goods or even Market Place on Facebook. The other day I was shopping and a women next to me said she had been coming here for 12 years and she said the pricing is getting out of control. Very disappointing. I left the store and went to the Tamiami trail location by plant fitness. Items very similar to the other location had proper pricing for what it was. This nonprofit mission is to Sell donated items such as clothing, furniture, electronics, and household goods at affordable prices. Can we please make an adjustment To match pricing at the other locations?

Some items they sell have been donated to them and some are consignments. Donations benefit the David Lawrence Center, which provides mental health treatment and addiction recovery. I stopped in to check them out during a thrifting trip around Naples. The are several stores in this plaza and across the street so this is the perfect place to bargain hunt. This store had a lot of cool things. I really loved their decorative home goods. They had a lot to look at and it was all clearly priced and attractively arranged. Well, then head into your nearest Goodwill. Yes, I went to Florida and forgot a hat. This was a really large Goodwill with lots of donations of brand new items donated by familiar chain stores. In addition, I found a couple of useful items for dirt cheap that would come in handy over the next few days. Everything I needed purchased for a total of under $5, and then donated to hotel staff at the end of my stay. You're welcome.

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred on Saturday, January 17, 2025, at…read moreapproximately 4:00 PM. While shopping, I observed multiple staff members who were restocking merchandise openly discussing, in front of customers, how they were removing the "good" items from the sales floor to take to the back and set aside in personal piles for one another. This was spoken about loudly and casually, as if it were standard practice. While doing so, these same employees repeatedly stepped directly in front of me and physically pushed past me to access racks I was actively browsing. This occurred multiple times and created an uncomfortable and disrespectful situation. The combination of staff hoarding merchandise for personal use and physically disregarding customers reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and store oversight. Customers should not be displaced or made uncomfortable so that staff can reserve merchandise for themselves. This behavior undermines trust, fairness, and the integrity of the store's operations, and leadership should be made aware.
