! Good area! I like this one because it had a lot of lamps and it's clean and organized as well! Prices are ok

I enjoy visiting all the different Goodwill stores. This location is smaller than most but still had lots of good items and the staff was friendly. Can't wait to come back.

Although the array of options was overwhelming, I found some excellent buys. It was clean and organized.

As far as Good Wills go, this is a clean one, with friendly employees. Its in a nicer area, and many items are in nice condition.

I talked to the clerk who said the line was wrapped around the building this morning prior to opening at 10am. Must've been around 200 people!! Well-organized into sections such as dresses, blouses, shirts, leggings & athletic wear, pants, shorts, some belts, hats & purses. Mostly designer names. Alba checked me out after probably a 20-minute wait in the line. She was bubbly & told me about the business & if I had any questions. They take in items for you to sell as well. Employees will give you a quote in a separate area near the entrance. Check it out!!

The items I took in were clean and wrinkle free, all were designer labels, in pristine condition, many had only been worn a handful of times. As I waited to be helped I wandered around the store to see if I might want to take a store credit to be able to get more money for the clothes I was selling. I am not exaggerating, I would not have purchased one item I saw and believe me, I had plenty of time to look! The girl who looked at my clothes to buy just wadded my clothes up rather than put them back the way she received them. I could not say enough negative things about this dump. Don't waste your time!

Ever since COVID, it seems like it has tried to become a Texas thrift trying to promote clothes, but did not do it successfully. Their prices and value are also not quite up to par. Compared to similar thrift stores in the area. My biggest issue today? Customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I feel like they were uncomfortable because of all the pictures I was taking? The two ladies in front kept staring and whispering to each other and looking back at me. I decided to give them the benefits of the doubt- they must have better things to talk about? I had nothing with me but my mobile, so why were they following me around? I looked through the clothes for about twenty minutes, then went over to the shoes, then back to the clothes. Then I went over to request getting into the fitting rooms, which were locked. One lady from the front came over as I stood there. "Something wrong?" Was the first thing she said to me. Taken aback, I replied, no, I was trying to get into a fitting room, please? I showed her my three garments. "Were you putting clothes back?" "What?" "My associates said you were putting clothes back." I looked at her blankly. "They said you took some and were putting them back in the shoes section." "I apologize, ma'am, I do not know what you are talking about," I answered in the most polite voice, even though I was getting increasingly frustrated. "They saw you. Take clothes and put them by the shoes." At this point, I was ready to leave. If this was how they were treating customers, I was not about to beg to be let into the fitting room, let alone give them my business. "I do not know what you are talking about, How about we go to the shoes and you can show me? I did not put anything there, only the clothes I have in my hands." "No. They took them away", she replies. Silence. "I am going to have you ask you to leave," she says. I don't even care anymore. Frankly, I am not sure whether I am more puzzled by how this confusion has taken place or more shocked that they have the audacity to treat a customer like this with no grounds. She did not even try to communicate with me with kindness. She was accusatory, told me to leave, and that was that. I left. Never plan to return. Good riddance. Highly not recommended. Zero stars!

I would say it's about 75% clothes, 22.5 %everything else plus 2.5% shoes. They had changing rooms to try on clothes and at first I grabbed the first room that seemed vacant due to not really seeing a clear system. However , once I was in the room, I discovered the door did not lock from the inside. Assuming they did not lock us in from the outside, I proceeded to try the Thrift Town clothes on over my own outfit. This gave me an idea of which garments would work, but not really a confirmation. So I perused some more, grabbed a couple more tops and with my fiancé as lookout, proceeded to try everything on as intended. This place has some diamonds in the rough if you have the patience to look through the offerings. They organized the clothes very well by size and all the knickknacks were arranged neatly in their own categorized shelves. I left happy, with a few great and comfy everyday tops as well as a flattering house dress. I look forward to dressing them up with accessories and cardigans.

He said he goes by the name Ricky Ortiz. Just had to come on here and say whatever he's getting paid he's not getting enough! I normally hate having to interact with people when I'm dropping things off because I'm antisocial lol but I really appreciated the help and needed to make sure it was recognized by his management.

Would have been better if there was a bit of inches away from the counter that you don't keep bumping into the checkout poles. Overall, very overpriced, yet suggest only buying when clothes are 50% off. Lately, all Goodwill stores have been more over inflated in prices and ironic since all is freely donated. Almost forced to go back to shopping mainstream retail for they have been offering more sales and affordable prices (without some unique variety at times). It is al frustrating when items are not marked and then getting a higher price than expected. Not one I myself would return to and there was a small boutique next door, but just as overpriced.
