They were pulling exercise equipment off the truck and I made a comment to the team, "I am glad to see they took exercise equipment as that is what I have to donate!" None of the 5 men acknowledged me or answered me after I said this. However, I finally got help and I asked to speak to the manager after a second man came over and stated the treadmill was broken and they can't accept. I had the treadmill in parts as that was the only way to remove from my home and transport it. After speaking to the manager Clayton, one of the men on the truck began to argue with me in front of him. He claimed they said they would be with me in a moment. This was an outright lie in front of his manager. We donate a lot of items throughout the year and I have never experienced such abrasive attitudes from anyone like this. They are usually friendly and accommodating. Seriously, we are giving you something that is providing you an income. We will not be donating at this location again. Very rude and unappreciative. We have other choices to donate items. So disappointing in a charity like this!

The Habitat Restore in Loveland is at least half the price…read more The loveland shop moves so much inventory I am sure they are raking it in getting FREE items and selling them. On the other hand, nothing ever moves in the Greeley store. It's all over priced. They have completely lost the mission and the purpose here. They get free items and they sell them above market. Good will on 47th is about half as much, and the loveland restore takes the cake with the best prices in a 20 mile radius.

They have a line on the north side of their building which is easy to access. The attendants have all been masked. You put the items into a large plastic bucket. And then they go put them in their big truck. No contact. Very well organized. Dont have a lot more to say about the business as i have never gone in. But am enjoying their donation area for sure!

Absolutely insane pricing since they did remodel. Even with 50% off days most items still cost too…read moremuch that even the poor can't afford this place! Today is their 50% off day and it's usually a mad house but hardly anyone their and most walking out with nothing and complaining about pricing. Give to Goodwill or better yet leave on your lawn with a free sign! Also lots of facebook groups that will take free stuff.

A Woman's Place presents themselves as a provider of services to "all victims of domestic violence…read moreregardless of their age, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation." I spent 3 days on the phone searching for a shelter for victims of domestic violence. I called every single DV shelter in Denver, Aurora, Englewood ,Boulder, Bailey , Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Loveland, Fort Collins, Longmont, and Grand Junction. When I called A Woman's Place in Greeley I was so happy to hear that they in fact had more than one vacancy. I completed the intake process and waited for them to call me back with a decision. I was devastated when the advocate called me back to say I was not a good fit for their program. Since then I've been turned away by their staff on at least 4 separate occasions. The advocate I spoke with today was particularly insensitive when I asked her to explain the basis for the decision. She said "No, I need to move on to other victims who need help" and hung up on me.

If you want to stay safe, don't go here. I was treated so unfairly and thrown out on a Sunday evening with nowhere to go. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied that right. I guess fowl language and Hippa is not important and neither was my safety in what they call a " safe house". They kept the only groceries I had and forbade me from re-entry. I just pray they don't treat others as poorly as I was treated.

Their collection ranges from vintage, to retro, to contemporary items. They have mostly household items that range from the garden, to the kitchen, but many extras such as décor items, jewelry and toys. The customer service would be hard to be beat. The owner a Longmont native was more than happy to help me load my beautiful purchases, and even asked how I will get it taken care of when I get home This store is worth a drive if you don't live in the area, and a must if you do.
