Miserable selection, picked over like a three-day-old garage sale. At least it makes it easy to get in and out quickly, I guess.

I generally believe in the good things that Good Will does for folks, especially the economically disadvantaged community. But WOW, they have really shitty corporate policies resulting in a terrible customer experience. This Good Will primarily sells clothes, and it is very hard to buy clothes without trying them on first. Apparently Good Will corporate has decided: 1) to close all dressing/fitting rooms indefinitely, and 2) to forbid the taking of merchandise into the bathrooms. The employees claim that the only two options for trying on clothes are: a) to come to the store wearing tight fitting clothes (so that you can try on the merchandise over the tight clothes) and b) to buy all the clothes you think COULD fit, then come back within 2 weeks to return the ones that didn't fit right. EXCEPT that they have a third shitty corporate policy in which they don't actually give you a full refund/your money back. INSTEAD they only give you STORE CREDIT. So I am writing this review as a pissed off customer who wants to change their corporate policies and is trying to get good will corporate to actually listen to their customers. So if you are like me, please join me in leaving bad reviews until good will corporate changes their stupid, customer UNfriendly corporate policies. read more

I knew Goodwill closed at 6 and tried to get there with enough time to browse the furniture. I was yelled at by one of the workers here for coming in 35 minutes before they closed. "Ma'am we close in 30 minutes!" It felt very patronizing and so rude. I responded with "I know." I am a very respectful patron, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Many people are able to do their shopping in less than 30 minutes, right? Watch out for this woman, she's about 5'-5' 2", with brown hair and glasses, heavier set. Other people who came in after me 20 minutes before closing were NOT yelled at (she was not present). Makes me not want to go here ever again if I'm going to be treated this way. read more

I've had many successful trips to this Goodwill. It is one of my favorites to hit up on 50% off Saturday (today I scored a 3 DVD set of I Love Lucy for $2). My friends enjoy this location as well, one which was super nice and got up early on a 50% off Saturday to scoop up our finds from the evening before. The parking lot is large and the store abuts Save A Lot (which I love). The store itself is a good size but I notice that the clothing selection (particularly for men) seems to be limited. The housewares/tchotchke section is HUGE and one of my favorite sections in a thrift stores. Great scores I've made at this Goodwill are a T-Rex iron on, vintage boy scout popcorn tins, camping mess kit, puzzles etc. This location also has a good number of CDs ranging from Barry Manilow, 90's, and religious selections. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be dropping in. It's just one of those places where you go to donate a bag of goods and leave with 4 bags. read more

I've been to a lot of Goodwills and this one just wasn't that great for me. Lots of Target items with clearance tags on it, but the Goodwill price wasn't that much better. I shop for Children's clothing and shoes, and there weren't that many resellable brands here. Short on the Children's books section too. If you're in town anyway, maybe swing by. But don't go out of your way! read more

Store manager, Area Manager, Regional manager. One of these morons needs to be fired. Quickly. I went in store Nov 22nd on a Sat. When they had 50% of most of store. This isnt the first time or last time they do this. Its pretty much every 2 weeks. So nothing new right? WRONG YOU ARE WRONG F*** Y**. Place was already packed and people had tons of stuff in carts already. Maybe they got let in early cause i was only there 5mins after they opened and it was crowded. The selection was VERY POOR. I found 4 items i found that ended up costing me about 17$ total. The line was extremely long and SLOW. They had only 3 registers open out of 4. I walked into line at 9:59 am and took pictures of line cause i knew this was gonna be good. When i made it to the cash register it was 10:32 am. That is 33mins of SOLID WAITING IN LINE TO BUY 4 ITEMS. 4 items. repeat 4 items. God forbid if anyone came up with any idea like this one: 20 items or less line. NO F*** Y**! You deserve to wait in line for 33mins and dont deserve any logical process like the idea above. You deserve to wait behind the lady with 40 clothing items. (not her fault really) This is how you run a business. One of these managers has failed on so many different levels its amazing. I am serious. It is just truly amazing. I want to give you my money and to do so I must wait 33mins to do so. That is just a scratch on the surface of your total failure moron. This car is totaled. This is the worst Goodwill I've been to. They had at least 15 clothing racks out blocking iles. I don't know if they were stocking or what. There are little to no signs indicating where to find things, and they had a poor selection. I will say they had a good sale, pink 50% off, and purple for $1. There were alot of pink and purple tags too. Overall it is disappointing though. read more

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. We brought truck load of things to donate and the workers an older guy and another guy with a beard was really awful to us . It was like why do you even donate your things here. I am not expecting a thank you or anything but at least just be a little bit kind to people that are coming to bring things. They threw our staff and some broke, I heard a few f words flying around for no reason. If you don't like what you do go work somewhere else. They had no right to treat us or anyone that way. read more

A seasoned Goodwill shopper should should know what to expect at the establishment , and this place will neither disappoint, nor exceed expectations. As sections are hit or miss, my particularly visit aired on the side of miss. On a mission to find a decent puzzle, they did have some, but the only one I deemed worthy was tattered with holes. Nonetheless, I'm glad did have a selection. Music selections (the cd's stacks) typically thoroughly entertain me at thrift stores, yet this one failed. The content was dull: primarily christian rock (just not my thing) - and two Vertical Horizon CD's, and the origination was absent: a table of CDs. The clothing selection was organized and somewhat adequate, for there was a surprisingly fair amount of withered men's golf attire, from Polo to Izod. It would have been helpful to know they offered %50 off everything there on Saturdays, during my shopping trip,rather than after everything was rang up. All in all, glad I found a $0.50 item to provide hours of entertainment. read more

I avoid this location due to the dressing room policy. I hate that the rooms on the men's side don't have doors and the yellow chain that is put up at 8:00 sharp is infuriating. I don't think its reasonable to basically "shut down" at 8:00 (an hour before the listed hours of operation) so that workers can get a head start on their closing duties. That's not how any retail operation works... I keep checking in with the hope that this policy changes but until it does, I won't shop here -- happy to drive to Lafayette. read more

The store floors are so dirty.I wonder when they were cleaned.the carts are sterilized you have to sanitize your hands before you go into the store.then the place is dirty.I wore Sandles and I sprayed sanitizer on my feet and Sandles before I got in my car.Had not been in the store for a year.not likely to go back.It was so nice and clean when it first opened its just gone down hill since then. read more

If you donate clothes to this store, don't bother to bring them in good condition because the young kid who receives them just dumps everything into a bin. I took great effort and a lot of time to clean, press and fold my good quality, name brand clothes, thinking it would be appreciated. When he took my box of my neatly arranged items, he just dumped all out of the box and into a bin--in about 2 seconds. I stood there dumbfounded that all my work was in vain. I won't be donating anything to that store if they don't have any respect or pride in their work. Unlike maybe others, I don't donate junk and I don't want my things treated like junk going into a garbage can. read more

I actually took my donation to ARC, as the employees at this Goodwill were so darned rude! I was incorrectly told (on the phone) what the hours were that they were accepting donations, and therefore arrived about 13 minutes after they had stopped accepting donations for the day. The guy was fantastically rude, kept interrupting me as he chewed me out for not checking on the hours first, while I was trying to explain to him that I DID check before I came & that I had been given incorrect information. He wound up suggesting that I try ARC down the street & so I decided that I'd just do that. This is actually the 2nd time that this has happened to me, at this specific location. The first incident was prior to COVID & on that day, they had just decided that they'd accepted enough stuff for the day & were done - so it wasn't even about the time of day - and they sent me to ARC that day, as well. Guess where I'm going next time? ARC! Not going to waste my time bothering with this Goodwill location anymore in the future. I'm officially done. read more

Came in more then an hour before they closed and the dressing rooms were unavailable. Couldn't buy what I drove 20 min to get. I have not been to too many Goodwill stores, but this one is aweful. I am in between the Longmont one & Thornton and they are like night & day. This is is soooo picked over everytime. And I always make sure to go on a Friday BEFORE the 50% off day figuring the selection would be best then. Not worth the drive. read more

The worst store I have been in. It is dirty and unorganized. It use to be good until Early 2015 when a new district manager came in. She was terrible treated staff like dirt and drove most of the good staff away including the manager who was great. She worked hard and was always the bright spot when you went in. I will never shop there again. Find it hard to believe that goodwill would allow someone like that to ruin a good store. read more

Used to be one of my favorite stops. When they first opened, it was the greatest place: organized, clean, good stuff, etc. Over the past 6 months, the management must have change because it just looks like a dump. The clothes are no longer organized by colors, things are all over the floors without any organization or neatness. Junk, pure junk, overcrowds the shelves. I feel disoriented, confused and disgusted when I'm in there, I don't bother to go in any more. They have big furniture, bikes, lawn furniture, garden tools, etc piled all over the floors and you can't even move your shopping cart. The employees have negative attitudes and are NOT friendly or courteous. They appear to hate their jobs when makes it even more uninviting. 50% is still a good deal but items are overpriced to begin with. Lots of discontinued or defective items from Target and other retails are sold with escalated prices ( I could buy at Target for cheaper at the original price). read more

This used to be a well maintained and managed store. Yes they still have bargains, sales and good merchandise, but the furniture area is just a mess. You can hardly maneuver between all the furniture and no one seems to place items in an area so you can pass through. Just to get to the restroom is quite the chore. The ugly smelly trash can that used to be outside the store is not inside the main door along with furniture -very unappealing. Clothes racks to put out new merchandise are in the aisles with just barely enough room to pass two carts. It's way too crowded. The $1.99 bin area in the back is pretty sloppy and dangerous. They have hand lettered signs saying "watch out for broken objects in bins". It looks like they just keep piling new stuff on top. Furniture has been 50% off for months because of the volume of donations which is great. Have to say Management could do a better job. read more
