Found several inexpensive used items. Pleasant atmosphere. Parking lot almost full but I didn't notice that many shoppers in the store...

Stopped in today and they had 25% off for seniors so I bought "unpriced" generic mugs and small bowls as the price signage said 75 cents each. I thought I was getting a great deal. I wasn't paying much attention until I got home, but I noticed that the cashier rang me up as $1 for each item THEN subtracted 25% which made the final price 75 cents. Okay, we're talking a few cents here but just the thought of this organization deceiving senior citizens is disgusting. It's not the money, but the principle and the false advertisement that irritates me. Don't try to deny it. I got the receipt! No just lost a customer and a loyal donor. NO MORE. Please find your integrity. read more

We were visiting the area and discovered this awesome place! I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the good selection of home and children's items. Also, this is the first thrift store ive ever been to that had all their linens organized and properly labeled which made it so much easier to locate things i needed! When I checked out, I also discovered that a few of my items were half-off! The biggest reason I would return is to support the children and families they are helping!!! read more

Horrible customer service and rude staff. I stopped in for 1 thing at 5 mins to close and they refused to let me buy it in hand. (Because they were supposedly closed). I was polite and explained it was just one thing I drove across town to get. Yelling at me they were closed while pointing at the clock that clearly did not say it was closing time posted. I left empty handed and frustrated yet again. Overpriced merchandise. I've been there 3 times now and they are pretty consistent with rude staff. Not worth wasting your time. I don't know why I keep trying to go back. Save yourself the headache... It's just a thrift store. read more

Bad customer service and not great prices. We purchased some furniture and spent a good amount of money, but the staff were unhelpful, I felt like i was bothering them the whole time. They were also not friendly and did not offer help when we went back to pick it up. There are plenty of thrift shops supporting nonprofits that offer better service. I won't go back to this one. read more

Cute little shop! I found some vintage Christmas ornaments for cheap. Some of their items were a little steep but doable. I liked the wide selection and cleanliness of the store. They take cards for purchases over $3.00. read more

I'm am avid thrifter, and on days when I get a chance to go I make sure this one is on my route. They recently reorganized and made things much easier to navigate. There are usually some hidden gems in this store, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly to me. My most recent purchase was a pair of chairs, with my kids in tow. The staff gladly loaded them in my vehicle for me, letting me keep my attention on keeping my kids safe. The only thing I would like is a return policy, if I end up hating something in 24 hours I should be able to return it. read more

I went when they first opened and bought a bunch of stuff. Since then, their prices have crept up quite a bit, and I have bought less and less. This has seemed particularly striking on furniture pricing. The first thing I ever bought there was a nice antique dresser for under $20. None of their furniture is priced to move now, though. I do like how the store is organized, it is easy to find the right size linens when I'm looking and they have a lot of kitchen stuff which has filled my needs more than once. But if prices keep going up, I won't be able to shop there anymore. When their regular price is more than other thrift stores in town, I will visit other thrift stores in town instead. I bring all of my donations to this thrift store. The proceeds go to the establishment called Mountain States Children's Home which is about half way between Longmont and Berthoud. I know a few adults that lived at this home as children/teenagers and this place is very successful at raising the children into amazing adults. Many of the adults who work there form life-long relationships with the children, pay for them to go to college using donation money, and just really love the kids. So, even if the person taking my donations isn't all smiles and joy, I know my belongings are going to an outstanding children's organization. read more
