This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any Goodwill location. Nathan (the manager) and Gloria (an employee) were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was going to purchase this glass set that clearly had a price tag on them (some separately), as shown in the photo I've provided. However, Gloria immediately insisted that the price was incorrect for all the glass items on the shelf. I explained that other similar items were marked at $2.99 and even showed her the others, but she dismissed me repeatedly, saying "whatever." Her attitude was rude and uncalled for, so I decided to go to another cashier. At that point, Nathan, the manager, came over and implied that I had switched the price tag. I told him to review the security footage to prove my honesty. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he slammed the glass items on top of each other, almost breaking one, and continued accusing me. I reminded him that as a manager, this behavior toward a customer is completely unacceptable. When I again suggested he check the cameras, he said, "That's going to take all day," and brushed me off. The entire interaction felt racially motivated and deeply disrespectful. To make matters worse, once I left the store, my friend overheard Nathan telling other customers that I had switched the tags, an outright lie. That is beyond unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful to do to any customer, especially one who did absolutely nothing wrong. I even told him that he was an evil person for spreading lies like that. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially at a place like Goodwill that claims to value community and fairness. Goodwill, please do better. Hire managers and employees who demonstrate respect, integrity, and honesty toward every customer. I will be sure to let my friends who thrift know to never step foot in this establishment. read more

Being a thrift store, I find that prices have increased significantly which makes it a poor store to shop. Can't look at items that are buried under each other and have other items in top of it all. To pull out what you want to see means you have to unload everything on the shelf to get to it. So discouraging. They did attempt to clean up and rearrange the shelves in the past, but that soon went by the wayside. Too bad. It has great potential as a thrift store. read more

You can find new unused items there also at a very good price. And the employees are very helpful.

Shopped at 5pm on a Wednesday. The store was a wreck and so hard to shop. They had items so high up I could not reach them- I'm 5'2. I found one item I was interested in but the line to check out was so long and the employees were not coordinated and did not work together to check out shoppers. This Goodwill could have been better. Much better! I'm being generous to give it two stars. The first time I found some really nice glassware and bought a few pieces. They only offer 20% off for seniors two days a week. Other Goodwills have 1/2 Off on certain days of the month. Not here. Second time there: I noticed the employees just throwing things on shelves. Literally. You can hear the clanking of pots and pans being thrown around. No wonder you can't find anything there. You can't get to it! Other reviews have made similar comments. Jeez! Just stop taking donations if you don't have room for more in the store--because most people won't dig through it. Then Goodwill will have NO sales. We walk out the door! Also an issue the ticked me off. I found some shorts with a $2 price tag. Ahh! Something really priced right and not inflated for what it really was. I got to the counter and they found a $5.99 price tag to charge me. I told the girl I won't buy it for that but will for the $2 tag. She called a manager over and he stuck to the higher price. So I walked! Real stores honor a price tag you found. Not here. When I post this review, some response will say... "Sorry, We will let the manager know...." LoL! What a lie. This phantom manager will do nothing to improve this store and make more sales to move things out the door. I'll keep looking for better thrift stores in the area. And NOT the White Elephant. I usually have a decent experience at this store, but today as I was checking out my item was clearly marked 3.99 with one of their goodwill stickers and the woman at the front of the store charged me 7.99 even after I pointed out that the sticker says 3.99 she said "well someone could have changed the sticker it's 7.99" I feel like goodwill is so shady. Be careful when you shop here since they like to change the prices at the register. read more

Don't support this place or donate folks. They have been outrageously overpriced so I did an experiment. I donated some shoes and went back when they were put out. I was floored at how extremely rude the staff was to me (a woman, at about 10 a.m. this past Wed.) when I was dropping off donation items. I have never been to this location before, and it was very unclear as to where items should be dropped off. I have been to many Goodwill locations around the country, you pull up drop things off and done. Not at this location, apparently there is some sort of process you are supposed to just know - since there are no signs clearly communicating this information - and you are to wait in your car until you are invited up to drop off the items? Well, I didn't know that, so I parked my car and walked up to the door to leave my bag of clothes and the clearly stressed-out woman who worked there literally yelled at me and said 'You can't just walk up here, you are cutting people off in line, you are supposed to wait in line.' I said 'You may want to put a sign up to let people know that.' Yeah, I don't need any of that energy in my life. And honestly, I'd recommend to that lady a job change, as she is clearly unhappy. People donating to Goodwill are trying to do something nice. We don't need that negativity. read more

Goodwill is a dump. Merchandise thrown everywhere, very little furniture to choose from, unsupervised children screaming. Not a pleasant shopping experience. I was very disappointed - Goodwill made the White Elephant look like Nordstrom's in comparison. I won't be returning soon. read more

Absolutely disappointing this used to be one of my favorite Goodwill's to go to... But this experience has been accompanied along with other bad experiences the one time I was desperate to get a blender for a family event tomorrow and showed up realizing the doors were closed with 10 minutes for the business to be left open I would have been quickly in and out but was greeted with a lock door employees glancing over at me at the register while laughing and carrying about... I understand not wanting to stay late and maybe having a long work day but I've kept my restaurant open 30 minutes past its close time in order to serve somebody a meal the least they could do is stay open to 10 minutes they have posted as their hours of operation... if you're going to run a business you should probably keep the doors open for as long as the hours on the door say you will be open... I'm sorry you want to go home early and relax we all do at the end of the day... So maybe try working somewhere that lets you off earlier so you don't have to stay till 9... apparently this Goodwill doesn't have employees that care about what they do... Which kind of upsets me because I have ran into a couple very nice workers there and experiences like this kind of keep those employees from shining like they should by their coworkers laziness read more
