Since my initial review we HAVE called Victor on two seperate occassions. The first was to repair our dishwasher (replace the upper rack which had broken) and th second was to repair our dryer which had a sensor issue. I can't say enough great things about A-Z Appliance Pro, and the owner, Victor! Our oven stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I found this company on Yelp and messaged them. Victor RESPONDED ON A SUNDAY and asked for the oven's model number, saying he was available the following day between 3-5 pm. He arrived around 3:15, with the replacement bake element in-hand. Within 30 minutes he tested the oven connections, diagnosed the issue and replaced/tested the heating element. Victor was courteous and explained everything as he worked. David also offered suggestions for things to consider when replacing the dead refrigerator. I feel the cost for David's visit was fair, and very similar to others for the same service. Jared was my service Technician from AZA Repair. I put my request in for service last weekend. Jared was assigned to repair my dryer. Monday Jared arrived on time, to evaluate my dryer. He was very professional, and timely with his evaluation. Jared ordered the parts at that time. Then on Wednesday I received a call and the repair was done today Friday. Even though A-Z Appliance Pro did not perform any services, they were honest and forthcoming. My LG Fridge stopped cooling. I searched for a repair company and found A-Z Appliance Pro through Angi. They responded promptly. I explained to them what we were experiencing. Given the information shared, they immediately knew about the issue. My fridge is not old and is still covered under a manufacturer's warranty. A-Z said I should call LG support and open a claim with them. This way would save me money. They didn't want to charge the customer for items under warranty. You don't find that type of honesty in many companies nowadays. For this, I would recommend them for any repairs you may need. read more

They made a prompt appointment to give me an estimate for my freezer and microwave. The problems seemed minor to me- a latch adjustment to the microwave and look for a short in the freezer light. Unfortunately, I was quoted a price in excess of $500 for the 2 minor repairs. I was told that the parts were expensive. I decided not to have the repairs done and paid $90 for the house call. Wonderful! After an awful experience with a plumbing company recently, I definitely checked Yelp for a reputable appliance repair service when my washer developed a leak during spin. The tech was responsive, punctual, competent, and HONEST. He checked the washer and determined it was actually a problem with the drain line, not the washer at all. My GE dishwasher broke and I was trying to get service directly from GE. They were unable to repair the dishwasher during the first visit and rescheduled to come back two weeks later to install a part. They canceled that appointment minutes before they were supposed to arrive and said they couldn't get back out for weeks! I found Victor and A-Z Appliance Pro on yelp. I called Victor and he arranged his schedule to come to my house later that a ame day! He expertly installed the part, confirmed everything was working, gave me some tips on what to expect from my particular dishwasher and even made an adjustment to an area where the dishwasher was scratching the inside of the cabinet! He was prompt to diagnose the problem and did not try to sell us on anything we did not need. Victor is able to diagnose, repair and even assist with installs. I was pleased to hear him recommend local appliance shops such as Christy's and Tucson Appliance Co, over big box stores to see about buying a new dishwasher. He also pointed out that both of those stores typically provide installs, so again, he was really matter of fact and did not try to tack on extra repairs/services. I appreciate that immensely.
