They did a great job on the leak in the bathroom. I thought it was the water heater but it was something else.

They've been out about four times too fix my brand new cooler, said the last guy that it had a small Freon leak and he would buy a part order apart that was maybe 3 months ago he said that Freon should last for a while well now it's leaking out in August 84° right across and I have it set at 78! Hopefully they come out on Monday a message was left for them and they can fill me back up with Freon but they need to put a whole new unit on there and they're trying to tiptoe around that. The old air conditioner we had worked much better no problems for many many years. read more

We requested a Backflow test, guy came out was here 5 minutes told us we failed sent me an invoice for almost $800 for rebuild. Never explained to us why we failed. Called another company and they were out in half an hour and we had a small leak, the guy fixed a gasket, ran then test, and we passed. Charged us $62 for the test. This second company went above and beyond. I wanted to try this new company Done Rite. Because your territory manager was so nice and said y'all were a great company. I had Done Rite Services hardwire the EV charger for my partner and install an updated electric panel (with labels). This time they installed an exhaust fan in the master bedroom. The electric work and job in the bathroom was superb! Sergio and his teammate did a great job making sure everything worked like it was supposed to. That day they finished I had to leave and didn't get to look at the work until I came home. At first I was disappointed that the dry walling looked unfinished, but learned Sergio was planning on coming back out to make sure the dry wall matched the walls, which was put into the calendar without notifying me. We had Done Rite install our new A/C and furnace in August of 2025. Brandon and Diesel came out to do the installation. Diesel primarily worked outside on the new A/C and Brandon directed his attention to installing the furnace. I don't believe I can remember anyone coming to our home who was more courteous or more considerate of our home. We are very pleased with the installation from beginning to end. read more

We had a newer house and we had some problems. Our hot water wouldn't come on our sink. Only Tom came over in addition to fixing the sink. He increased our water pressure and fixed an outdoor Spicket. He was quick knowledgeable and professional since when we're new to the area. He told me how bad our water was. They will over charge you for everything and claim more than they actually did. They charged me an hour for the service and the service person was here for 27 minutes (7 of those sitting in his van). Charged a level 3 diagnosis for taking photos through the top of the ac. I'm not sure what a level 3 is but he claimed that the issue was due to the frozen areas and wasn't able to do much more but also suggested another $650 in repairs without providing details on why that would help. You can't tell me that the service person was busy, you scheduled it for an hour after I called (made false claims there as well). Last, this lovely place called me 4 days after sending me the invoice trying to collect a "passed due" amount on a Saturday directly after Christmas. read more

This is the 3rd time Done Rite has been to our home. We decided to replace another water heater after one (of the same age) had leaked last fall. We called Done Rite to do the work. They set us up for service in just a few days. They have a great service; we got a text telling us who our service person would be, when they would get there, and a link to follow the service vehicle. Mike and Jackson arrived; they have both been to our home in the past so it was nice to see them again. They replace the water heater in a short amount of time. Two days later we noticed that the water heater that they had replaced last fall was not working; the pilot light was out and we couldn't get it to light. We called Done Rite and they were out to our house, on a Sunday, within a few hours. It turns out the igniter was defective. Anthony told us he would put a request in to the mfg. to replace the igniter. These people are exactly what you want when you have water problems. read more

We have had several big plumbing issues since my last review as we have a 1950s build house. Recently our water heater started leaking. Done Right came out quickly and tried to work a fix. Sadly as the heater was old, the best option was to replace which they did shortly after. 3 months later a part of the heater failed. They came out same day and replaced it. No cost. Right now we're in the middle of a renovation and down to one bathroom. That bathroom is now having problems (great timing!). Done Right prioritized us due to only having the one bathroom, and they came out 3 times so far to try to fix it. We have a new plan and they'll be out in the next few days to do it, but they've walked me through every step and so far I haven't paid a cent because the problem isn't resolved. Despite them spending probably 4-5 hours here this week trying to work a fix. We will keep using them as long as they keep providing us such good service. read more
