This location is well stocked with both donated goods and overstock items, including finds from Target and Disney. Everything was organized, and the employees did a great job staying on top of cleaning and keeping the lines moving. Stopped by this morning to snag some new fall decor and bathroom decor for our remodel. I was able to find the seasonal and decor sections very easily as everything is clearly labeled with signage. I also found a Melissa & Doug alphabet puzzle for $4. A few new Pilates leggings (literally with tags still attached) and clothing for my daughter. The store is clean and organized to an extent. You'll still have to search for sizes and sort through the sections but they organize best they can. Employees are all very nice and helpful. Every week starting Sunday they have a "color of the week". If an item has that color tag you get half off! BONUS. Huge parking lot and carts available. It's a new and nice store. There is a slight scent of used but not bad. It you've shopped vintage or resale before you get it. read more

Never coming again, goodwill is for the poor. I unfortunately am in a money crisis and I am broke. I shop at thrift stores because I HAVE NO MONEY. I went in today and everything is over 10 dollars. Any clothing is over 10 dollars most of its 12 and any little items will be no lower than 5.99. This is ridiculous considering goodwill makes millions of dollars per year and all of the stuff they get is for free. Aside from that, I had about four items and headed to the checkout. I knew that my total was going to be expensive because each three of those items were more than $10 and one of those items was less than $10. I did the math in my head. It would be about $35 for all of my items maybe 40. I had enough on my debit card for 40 bucks. When I get to the checkout and she rings up all my items, my total comes out to 59.99. Not only is that ridiculous for four items but that's just absolutely robbing me. I had about $11 in cash which I gave the lady and I put the rest on my card, hoping that it would go through in which it did not. I asked if they could take two items off of my total and the lady refused. Saying that I should've had the money in my card before I even came to the register. And that I should've known how much money I could spend. Which is so rude and I wanted to retaliate and get very angry, but I refrained because it's not that big of a deal. I just asked her to take two items off which she still was giving me attitude about. Not only was that lady extremely rude. She said a bunch of other things and murmured under her breath about how I should've had money or I should have a credit card or some other way to pay. That's absolutely unacceptable, especially as she works at a place for poor people to buy cheap items from. She called her manager over and her manager came to help me the first thing the lady said was that I did not have enough money and blababalababab I'm broke. not that I wanted to take off two items which was easy and I don't understand why she had to tell her manager about how broke I was. She was complicating it way beyond and was telling her this huge story about how I did not have enough money and I didn't have another way to pay Not that she just needed to take two items off of the register. I didn't get her name, but I do not recommend coming here. I feel ridiculous and stupid and small. No one should feel like that for not having enough money to pay for four items. The manager was nice and apologized for the inconvenience and even marked down one of the items so I could still have something which was very kind of her. The other lady though I hope your car breaks down and you stub your toe. Your a rat and a rude person have some humanity. read more

I've been going there for over 10 years. A lot of good bargains. My gripe is that you are no longer able to try a garment on. They've removed all dressing rooms. How about putting one or 2 outside the store? No power outlets inside the store, so you can't check an appliance to see if it works. Clocks you're buying AS IS no refunds, period. Wish they would check out this stuff and also PUT A SIGN OUT TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER! read more

My daughter loves to go thifting. We were visit friends and afterwards found this goodwill. It is neat and organized. The employees are friendly ans hardworking. My daughter could have spent all day there but she had a 1 hour limit. She bought a total of 16 items, all of food quality and reasonably priced. read more

Winter Garden Goodwill Visited yesterday. Real disappointed for all the hip on social media. OVER priced on damaged, very worn items. Management & some staff very unfriendly, some even rude. Minimal Disney items and way over priced for a "Disney Outlet Goodwill". Will stick to the one on Dyer St Kissimmee and Orange Blossom Trail. Good condition of items and good prices. I'm not accustom to thrift stores so when I stopped to look for some work shirts I was too overwhelmed so I turned around and left.

For me, Goodwill is also a good place to find clothes. Sadly, this location finds me frustrated to find good solid colored shirts in plus size. I have found great pictures earrings and men's shirts. We have also dropped off quite a lot on the side of the building. It is easy to drop and shop. On a final note, I got a Goodwill member card, which gives me points when I buy products. The ambiance is crowded, not overly noisy. The service at the registers is great. read more

Overpriced considering it was all donated and the store is supposed to help out low income people. Employees are rude and unapologetic for it. I would like to say that my family and I frequent different Goodwill's around Central Florida. We love going to see what treasure we can find. Today was Mother's day and my Mother, my son and I were in the Winter Garden location. We went to the back of hard wares to work our way to the front. Two employees walked past us talking to each other. Not knowing she was talking so loud that we could hear her. "It's Mother's Day don't these people have anything better to do. " Well little girl let me tell you, We were doing what we wanted to do. Take my Mother to Goodwill, what she wanted. If you didn't want to work you should have called in. Not to mention the snide remark as we passed by her of "excuse you". Tried to complain to management but that was useless. His reply was "we are so busy blah blah blah. Long story I won't be visiting this store until there are friendlier CSR employees around. please give China (probably misspelled) some customer service training or tell her she should not talk so loudly because it made her look like trash. WINTER GARDEN GOODWILL: Employees are good. Management is horrible. On 2-4-24 I shopped for tennis balls (for my dog). They are 2 for $1 at the dollar store (approx). I found ONE tennis ball. Cashier had to get a price check & returned with $4.99 for ONE used (dirty) tennis ball. Easy pass! Recently they sold dirty/used/worn towels $7 each. COMPLAINT: Sundays, on half-price items (color coded) they PULL/REMOVE the nice jackets and blouses. This was confirmed by 2-3 employees. I, nor my friends, donate to Goodwill any longer. Goodwill has now become GREEDY & they CHEAT their customers. read more

This used to be a great store to shop at. They have since raised the prices $5-10 dollars more than what they used to be. They also just got rid of the fitting rooms, which is absolutely ridiculous. It's a gamble purchasing anything other than clothes here. Every goodwill besides this one has tear-away slips that let you know that someone has already purchased a larger item such as furniture, etc. Instead this one tells people to take a picture of the barcode as a way to purchase at the register. They don't mark anything as sold, so people walk up to you pissed that you have the audacity to be looking at something they just purchased when there's nothing indicating that it's sold. This used to be such a hidden gem. It has a really Great selection of womens clothes and decor. But, word got out, and thrifting has become really trendy again. After they rearranged the store about a year ago, it's hard to find great items. You still can, but you have to really look... Plus you have vultures sitting at the back door and pick through the carts of fresh items coming on the floor. The prices have also gone up, a lot! $35 for a glass vase?!? Crazy. Things used to be a few dollars. Some items still have the original price tag, GoodWill's tag was actually more! I get it, supply and demand, but for heavens sake, they get the inventory for free! It's really come to this. One star simply because the workers are typically very nice. But I cannot stress enough how goodwill has been making all the wrong decisions. No dressing room?? They're thrifted clothes they fit in all different ways. Im not going to buy clothes that I haven't seen on me! Just buy it then return it right? Well you only have three days to do so and you have to exchange it with something else. I thought it was store credits, it's not even that. Dollar tree items are listed as 3.99 every time, without fail. That gives you an idea at how outrageous the prices are. I'm not big on getting clothes there. It's all mixed up by color instead of sizes. I love the dishes and well, I always find find something there. Lucked out a few years back and found my first KitchenAid mixer there for $35. Can't beat that. read more

If I could rate on a level 0 I would! So many things to say about this particular location as well as the company itself. First off, most of the staff seem as if they do not want to be there. Their responses are dry and not really helpful. Noone goes above and beyond to make things right in regards to product issues, pricing, returns, etc. The merchandise is not thoroughly examined for functionality, cleanliness, missing parts, etc. Many of the things for sale are overly used but overpriced 2x-3x as much as the original price. I saw a pair of Jordan sneakers priced for 12.99. The laces were missing, the sole was damn near gone and the shoes were dirty. I was going to purchase a Belkin laptop holder (to sit on your lap). The item was not marked but the cashier called a manager over and inquired about the price. The manager said " This is 6.99 because it's Belkin." I'm thinking to myself so name brands even in the worst conditions qualify for outrageous pricing. One time I saw a rack of shirts tagged/pried from Walmart. The original price said 5.99, but the Goodwill price said 7.99. If these items are donated to Goodwill why in the hell would they overprice the items??? God forbid you have a problem with a product soon after a purchase. They do not give refunds and only exchange items within 7 days of purchase with the tag still attached. I am furious at the lack of customer service, critical thinking skills, and overall concern of the community (hence, consumer). CEO Steve Preston and his followers have really misaligned their motives and intentions with this organization. The morale is completely low and full of greed. He runs the organization as if the merchandise is brand new! I will never donate or purchase ANYTHING from Goodwill. read more

Very disrespectful manager throws cigarette butts all over the ground ...over price items .$50 dollar for a pair of Nike shoes, same pair and model brand new at the Nike store for $29 bucks. this place is so unorganized and the workers clearly hate their job. my past few visits have been overshadowed by awful customer service, i tend to gravitate to the jewelry stand, to which no worker is never at, and i end up standing there, super uncomfortable, waiting for a worker to notice me. the last time i was in a little bit of a rush, so i stepped behind the counter to reach one of the workers at the cash register, i politely asked her if she could get someone to come to the jewelry stand and help me. she immediately was not pleased with me, and told me i was not allowed to be behind the counter. i was sort of appalled that she completely ignored my request and was focusing on the irrelevant. i obviously was not taking anything, i wouldn't have even been back there had a worker been doing their job. i again asked her if someone could come help me, i guess that pissed her off to which she started full on yelling at me, saying i was not to be behind the counter. i had never been in a situation like this so i was shocked. i stood there for a second processing what just happened, as everyone waiting in line is now staring at me. i do admit my reaction probably wasn't the most respectful, at that point i didn't know what to do. i was carrying a dress i found prior to this and proceeded to throw it on the ground in front of her then i walked out. i know i shouldn't have done that, it was an instinct reaction from the heat of the moment. though she probably had to pick it up and put it back where it belonged, which i feel isn't respectful to any minimum wage employee. so i admit my fault in this situation. i still do find her comments to me extremely unprofessional and rude, they definitely lost me as a customer. read more

I've been putting in volunteer hours at this Goodwill location and I couldn't be more pleased. The management staff is very helpful and courteous and the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well informed. They keep the store running smoothly, well stocked, and clean. I love shopping at goodwill. This was my first time in this particular location and it will most likely be my last. It's a huge store but they didn't really have a lot of quality things. Dirty, wore out Vera Bradley purses for $12.99 and up. Over priced fisher price toys all with missing pieces. Small bags of Beanie Babies $7.99. Plush toys for $4.00 and up. It seems like anything of value or name brand was $4.00 and up. They wanted $49.00 for a Nine West purse. Uh you can go to Marshall's or even Macy's and get that same bag for a whole lot less $$. It's actually sad and disgraceful that they are over pricing things that they literally get FOR FREE! And the most outrageous thing is that the cashiers have the nerve to ask you to "round up" your $$. I don't think so. Your CEO is pretty well off thanks to all the donations you get for free!!! Thrift Shops are always a bit of this n that. This one is no exception. Although the organization (if you can really even call it that) leaves a lot to be desired, if you are patient and willing to do a but of excavating you are likely to be glad you did! The first time i went in i left w 2 very solid, sturdy black Asian inspired kitchen table-type chairs at 40 bucks for the pair! They are gorgeous almost 10 years later n still not a wobble. The manufacturing is excellent. Literally everyone who visits our home compliments these chairs! Since then i have scavenged a Large Victorias Secret tote w satin lining in perfecto condition for .50 cents! Lol!, a cool vintage Hess Truck in good condition for $1.50, a nice mid modern century coffee table for $12.00 and on and on. Bottom line, if your willing to dig n hunt, even scavenge through large piles at time, you WILL find some way cool stuff and the prices are heavenly! Better than many garage sales!! read more

This is a nice goodwill. It used to be a store so their dressing rooms feel upscale.

Decent stuff at decent prices. The only issue is that there is always a long line every time we go no matter what time or day.
