Stopped in to look for a few gifts and wow this store was fully stocked during the evening! So many beautiful furniture pieces , holiday decor , house hold items and even stationary sets which are my weakness. I ended up finding some really nice skin care oils and gift sets for upcoming birthdays and Christmas all for under $75! This location can be a hit or miss location. They carry a lot of items in here but a lot of it feels like it's leftover stuff that just doesn't sell at the other ones in the area. read more

Wow this store had great clearance prices.. we found all kinds of goodies.. they have rows of good items like snack and some smell good soaps we like. Love walking the aisles to see what we can find. Ladies were very nice and helpful finding what we needed. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this HomeGoods location. The associate I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I approached the interaction respectfully, but her attitude was unnecessarily unpleasant and completely uncalled for. Good customer service doesn't require perfection, but it does require kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. read more

Millenia HomeGoods has the best employees and that is why I will drive an extra (I live 2 miles from one) 22 minutes to shop at this store. Tomorrow, I will update this review with the employees names (a cashier whose name begins with an A, the manager with short hair (working at 5 on 2/20), and the gaurd. One can't beat the location either. It's next door to Marshall's and Ross (to name a few)! read more

Solid location tucked into the Target area by Millennia. It's a clean store with lots of options to look through. The kitchen and decor areas are personal fave. I have found lots of good deals here. Each section has clearance items in one area, so be on the lookout for those. As per usual there are also clearance sections in the back on the date sides of the store. There isn't much staff to be found in the floor, but they have multiple registers open regularly. Overall: B+ Solid location for the chain. Be on lookout for clearance areas. read more

Great place to find home and pet stuff. There are always unique decorative seasonal items available, and a good selection of coffees, treats, other items. Even though I've included pics of a (very) expensive Jura coffee maker and a life size gorilla, these are rare finds here. Prices are very reasonable on everyday itmes & decor. (I guess prices are also pretty good on that coffee pot as it was only $3,999 - which was $1,601 less than retail!) ;) I wish this was a Homegoods / Marshalls combo store, however there is a Marshalls one store over so I can still support my shoe habit with only a short walk. :) read more

Love love homegoods. Even if you don't need anything you go in walk around and I bet you will find something you need lol. The staff is helpful but I love some of the unique items they have. If you find something you love I suggest you grab it before it is too late. They don't keep the same item in Stock usually, their items also goes on clearance quickly and with that said they will be snagged quickly also. I had gone the day after Christmas just to walk around and the christmas items were half off and almost gone. I managed to grab some wrapping paper and it wasn't your typical wrapping paper it looked more like wall paper. The paper I did buy has more of an Indian feel to it, deep purple and gold. It's too pretty to use. Lol I highly recommend homegoods for gifts, to change up your house decor per season or just to walk around. read more

I'm not really a fan of Home Goods. That's more my wife's thing. But I can say that this store is a good addition to this plaza. I like how it's close to Gamestop and Coliseum of Comics. Everyone wins! I do like the snack selection at this Home Goods, though. I do like trying new types of gourmet popcorn, and they always have new stuff to try. read more

Doreen who helped me, had sad customer service I mean just pathetic. She was rude while I shopped, she followed me around and barked at me to not mess up the shelves. She also micro managed as I tried to look through items. It's not the first time and it's completely unacceptable. It has come to the point that I see it as racial profiling and I am completely offended by her and her actions. I love this store but she has ruined the experience for me. She is an issue that needs to be addressed. Her actions and her attitude need to be addressed. Her having a job there is very troublesome for this store. If I have had these horrible interactions with her several times I'm sure others have as well. She's not helping keep business but rather pushing customers out the door. read more

I stopped by Homegoods earlier today, in search of some kitchen needs. The location is tucked back between Target and Marshalls, and is comparable in size to Marshalls. There is a lot of stuff here. Some of it is useful stuff, but for me, the decor trend in Homegoods is very beach themed and not really my style. That's ok though, my style isn't everyone else's! So, I go to the kitchen area and the hunt begins for 1-a loaf pan (instantly found) and 2-a bread bin for my counter top. They had 1 style bread bin, and it was bulky and tacky and overall just not appealing. That's ok too, because again, it must be up someone's alley! So I continue looking around. I know that much like Marshalls, Homegoods is targeted at more laid back, beachy chic crowd, but I find the way things are organized to be messy looking rather than conducive to finding things. None of that is the problem and reason for 2 stars though. The problem was the staff. At the time of visit, there was nobody working the floor that I could see (I walked around the store twice). There were only people working the registers. The people working the registers seemed to care more about chatting and being on their phones than helping out the 2 cashiers who were visibly struggling with 2 customers ahead of me. One person had 4 cart loads of items, and the other grabbed something without a tag on it. The other 3 employees behind the counter were talking to one another, rather than helping the line growing behind me. When I finally got to the register, the person scanned my items, then realized she hadn't actually signed in to the register and had to go through and redo the scanning. Ok, three items, not a big deal, but she wasn't friendly and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. The only part of the store I would care to return to are the kitchen/cooking area and the bathroom areas. Everything else is a little too beach vacation decor for me. But seriously love the kitchen/cooking selection...I'd just love it more if it were less messy organized. read more

I'm in such appreciation and awe of the team at this location. Everyone was great with customer service however 3 men come to mind who are OUTSTANDING. They are Ken, William (Will) and the store manager, Frank. They went above the call of duty and helped me with moving the sofa I bought into a UHAUL trailer. It sounds simple, however it wasn't that easy. What I saw as a team was chemistry. They communicated out loud to each other what they were doing while lifting some very heavy pieces and at times, having to take all the pieces out and start over in order to be efficient and optimize the space. They didn't give up even though they could. Their attitude was positive and they kept thinking of solutions until they found one. Every person remained calm and neutralized the situation by seeking to solve rather than create an limitations. I highly recommend and would refer them to anyone. read more

Wish I could give them zero. The staff at this store are unbelievably rude. There were only 2 staff working behind the counter while I was waiting in line. It took about 25 minutes to get through the line. About 20 minutes in, another associate sat there and talked about how she didn't drink coffee in the mornings before opening an additional register while the line continued to pile up. No sense of urgency for those of use that have places to be. I was trying to purchase 2 items, which all register associates could see me holding as I was next in line for a majority of the time. As soon as the register opens and I'm called over, they proceed to tell me I CANNOT purchase the items as they're part of a set when they were not presented that way. They saw me holding these items which were very visible and evident and allowed me to continue to wait. I left empty handed. Rudest staff ever. read more

Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon for a quick stop to look for college dorm stuff. Unfortunately of the approx 12 shoppers in the store, 4 did not have masks on. Come on ppl - there is an Orange County mandate - two associates were at the front of the store with hand sanitizer but clearly said nothing to the four customers (2 in same group, two other individual women). I feel like enforcement should be better - I know - it sucks that enforcement comes down to the business but if you're not doing it - I'm not shopping and spending $$ there.... read more

I love shopping at Homegoods! I always find so many wonderful things. When I do my shopping I usually bring in reusable bags, but had forgotten them in my car. Mary was our cashier and I asked her for no bags. She gave me 2 plastic bags anyway because it was raining outside. I usually wouldn't be so upset, but I have worked in the service industry and understand that the customer is always right. I hate using plastic bags, but I'm more upset that she went against what I requested. I will be back, but this was no fun! read more

Compared to Winter Garden, Winter Park, Lake Nona, etc., TJX seems to have hired the bottom of the barrel for this location. The manager normally on duty here is obnoxious, short-tempered and rude. I would give it a minus if it was available to choose. I have been to many of the Homegoods stores in Central Florida since they opened. However, this Homegoods store has to be the worse one I have even shopped. The clearance shelves look like someone just tossed items at random, items spillover on the floor so you are unable to get a cart through it. The other Homegoods stores I have shopped in, at least have the clearance shelves in some type of order. The entire store is just messy and unkempt, the selection of products are very limited compared to their other stores. I will not be visiting this store again, a manager at this store needs to visit one of the other stores in the area to see how this store should look. read more

Absolutely loved it! So many pretty things and at great prices. The only thing I would change is the organization in the personal products. However I do understand that in a store like like this one it's pretty hard to keep up with everybody touching the lotions and stuff etcetera. It's kind of a cluster though. read more

I love to go in this store and just browse around I usually end up leaving with a few healthier food items. It is much nicer and bigger than the one on Doc Phillips. The parking lot is very crowded and line is always long otherwise I would give it 5 stars. read more
