I wish I could do zero stars, I was a victim of reverse racism at this goodwill. I am not prejudice and have never been but the "ladies" at goodwill definitely are. I had been standing in line for quite some time waiting for both ladies behind the counter to finish with the one lady. once they were done, they completely ignored me and called a whole group of ladies of the same race over to the counter and opened up the other lane. They were clearly and deliberately dismissing me. When I asked why they called the other people over they told me I was on the wrong side of the line which is BS because there really wasn't a line. They were just people standing all around the counter, waiting to be next and I was standing in the same place I always said when I was waiting to check out at that Goodwill I asked to talk to the manager and she was the manager, so whatever kind of places are running here they shouldn't be. read more

They really need to do a quick function check on electrical items such as lamps just to make sure that they work/are safe. Bought a small lamp, and got a bulb in at home. Plugged it in, didn't work. I opened up the lamp and found that the wires were improperly connected and fixed it. It would have taken less than two minutes to make sure that it functioned when they received it as a donation. I don't think that they wash the clothing there before putting it on the racks either. Not sure if they have an industrial washer/dryer but it would do wonders to get rid of the musty smell of the place. They don't really clean the items that aren't clothing either. Lots of dust is a clear indication that they look at it, price it and just haphazardly slap it on a shelf. A little care in that would go a long way especially for those who are on a budget. People that shop here due to budgetary constraints shouldn't have to feel like they are buying garbage ya know? Goodwill would make a lot more money if the logistics of the place were better organized, and some real care were given to standards. Rubber band the cords on electrical stuff and wipe it clean for example. It won't look ratty on a shelf. That sort of thing. read more

Very happy with this goodwill today! Took my family all around town looking for the perfect Xmass tree today, had no luck. Thought we'd try this goodwill and there it was ,we were excited to finally find our tree, only it was a display and not for sale. After talking to the manager whom was very kind and in the spirt of the holidays sold my family our perfect Christmas tree. THANK YOU ! read more

There's a decent amount of variety at this location. Not very busy when I've gone. Lots of clothes but random other stuff as well. Not always what you're looking for but can occasionally grab some great finds. Parking is good and location is a bit off the trail. Staff is more than pleasant. read more

Nice Goodwill store here in Cheyenne. Never bought anything inside the store. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Did drop off some junk in the back of the store to donate. If this was only to review of the staff, there would be five stars. What great people! But someone needs to get a good organizational person in there. We found some great items, but had to search under piles and piles for matching pieces. Everything was so mixed up the teller had to seperate the items out on the counter to price each. We would go back, but hope the terrific staff is allowed to organize. read more
