Prices WAY TOO HIGH for 2nd 3rd hand very well used stuff I've been in many goodwill this is one of the worst to try and shop.

This store is large and clean and well organized for a busy busy location. Prices are high for second hand items, but there are bargains to be found and merchandise donated can be unique and "just what you're looking for". Half price on the color of the week. Give them a visit. read more

Way over priced and smells terrible in there like air spray gives me headaches. Most the clothes stink like cheap perfume and or it smells heavy of cat pee. But all around they over price everything it's a rip-off they act like it's a macys not a thrift store where people donate used items. Do better! read more

You know I realize that GW gets all its donations free. However those donations criss cross at least the states that they're in and maybe the country. In case someone missed it prices for fuel, mini wage, insurance for employees, running the career center here in Yuma, overhead of the buildings they occupy. So if we don't like their prices go shop at Target!! EVERYTHING is going up in price, nothing is truly cheap and certainly not running any business. I love going into GW a couple times a week and frankly my home is appointed with all my treasures. From furniture, bedding, dishes, toys for my grandson. 98% of what my home is was provided by judicious shopping from GW. I wish prices were cheaper for food way before I wish for cheaper prices from this store,and am grateful for their being in Yuma!! read more

WOW! This is the cleanest goodwill I've ever been in, workers are everywhere so if you need help there always close. EVERYTHING is nice and clean, color coordinated, nothing smells, which is a plus and the restrooms are very nice! A little pricey for a goodwill but all worth it !! read more

I have to agree with most customers, Goodwill seems to be getting out of hand with their prices getting higher and higher. I saw a simple salad plate in there for $10 I happen to have the same set at home that I bought at Walmart the full set of dishes is only $29. They're getting greedy. And when they have the colored tags on sale it's almost impossible to find the tag that's on sale they just hide them or there really aren't that many of the color tags that are on sale anywhere you have to be a genius to find them. I was 7 cents short on an item that I was buying and they wouldn't let me have it I had to leave it there. Really? Aren't they supposed to be helping the people that need the help. Then they stand there and stare at you as if you're a purple orangutan. Whenever there's a holiday coming up and they're selling those holiday items they raise prices but they're in it to make money. I give it 2 stars and 5 stars to me for putting up with their nonsensel. PS the 5 stars above are for my bravery entering the store and holding temper. read more

I'm not one to frequent thrift stores but I was impressed with this Goodwill! It smells clean, the staff were all clearly following the current covid guidelines and disinfecting everything, it was organized, and there seemed to be plenty of items. I can say that many things did seem to be overpriced compared to the other thrift stores I've been to, but I'll still continue to shop here regardless! read more

This place smells nice, is a nice size, but is priced high. I found a gorgeous fur coat for $90 but nothing was under about $5. It was nicely set up as well and was a wonderful surprise here in Yuma! read more
