It may be pretty cramped and overwhelming but once you find an item you want, you just won't stop looking for more... and be so satisfied with some rare finds! This was a long narrow store that was packed with merchandise. Nothing really caught my eye and quite honestly the items felt more like stock that didn't turn at a garage sale. There was several people in there that appeared pleased, but I ended up just being grateful it wasn't out of my way since Amoeba was down the street. I can't speak to pricing as the few items I picked up weren't marked, but I assume the price was low. read more

THE BEST THRIFT SHOP IN TOWN Where do I even begin?! This place is literally a hole in the wall but never judge a book by its cover. Rosa is probably the sweetest lady you will ever meet. I have been to many thrift stores and most of them are hella rude but Rosa is the complete opposite of that. She is super nice and when I bought this Walkman from her she threw in free batteries and a pair of headphones! And the Walkman was only $10. Rosa is the sweetest! My friends and I came here to find jeans and left with half the store and a Wii video game. All of our clothes (we're talking like ten items of clothing) were super affordable! So we had a hard time finding this place because maps sent us to the back alley of the store. This place seems half outlet, half thrift store. A lot of the items seemed new. They also had a lot of kitchen appliances and some furniture in the back tho I didn't walk back there. They had a sale rack at the front entrance right outside the door to lure customers in. I didn't find anything that I really wanted here, neither did my boyfriend. Street parking only. The store is one long hallway/rectangle shape so it seemed a bit cramped/overwhelming as stuff was hanging in rows all the way up to the ceiling on each side of the wall. read more

TELL NO ONE ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! Rosa is so helpful and nice. Her store is small, but every inch is utilized. Make sure you don't forget to check every corner. We found a cool night stand and a great jewelry cabinet. We were at several places today, including Goodwill in NoHo, who was charging $20 for every crappy night stand. Rosa gave us this one for $15 and the cabinet for $25. She even threw in a skirt my girlfriend was going to buy. Thank you, Rosa. This place is everything you want from a thrift store: the friendly family owners sell a diverse selection of interesting goods in good condition at unbelievable prices. Yesterday, $40 bought me a coffee grinder, a saute pan, a small stovepot, a tea kettle, a spatula, a wooden spoon, a chef's knife, a serrated knife, two butter knives, two forks, one spoon, a cheese grater, 6 pounds of Epsom salts, three pairs of socks, a t-shirt, and a DustBuster. They have a bunch of furniture, including lots of tables, chairs, desks, and dressers. I'll be back. read more

This place is quite the treasure trove. I swung by for a quick shopping but most of the styles I liked were either too large or too small. They have a fantastic array of trinkets and various household supplies for very, VERY reasonable prices. I bought a bead bracelet that I have been looking for all over the SoCal area (I found them in some places but they were too expensive--$15 for a bead bracelet?! No fudging way!). Guess how much I bought the bracelet for here? A dollar. When all is said and done, this place just might be the perfect place to find new stuff minus the heavy dough expenditure. read more

This place has an array of stuff in their store; clothing, furniture, small appliances, etc. It's somewhat hard to describe this place. I wouldn't necessarily call it a thrift store although they have some used stuff. The location somewhat sucks because it's off of a busy road and can easily be missed. This also makes parking a chore, but there is street parking available. I can't speak to the customer service of this place because I wasn't spoken to once I walked in, while in the store, nor when I was leaving. I can understand someone's appeal to this place but I'm not sure if I'll be back. read more
