This location makes it so easy for people to donate items - dividing them into household, clothes, and other. I just had one giant laundry bag mixed with all my donations together so something for us all to be mindful of when donating, to make their job just a little bit easier. You can drive right up close to the donation bins too, which is super nice. Legit, everything about donating here is so seamless and everyone is so much nicer than at other locations. They have a lot of mattresses, lighting fixtures, some night stands and wall art. The bad: I was really surprised by the stuff in this store and the reviews. Half of the store lights were off when I entered. They had things like containers that were still filled with old sugar in it. I had a hard time communicating with the woman in the shop because I don't think she spoke English. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to go to the other half of the store where the lights were off. Another 1/3 of the store was blocked off with signs that warned you not to pass. The merchandise is stacked up extremely tall on shelves so it makes it hard for you to actually see the items closely. You'd have to request that they get a ladder to bring it down for you. It was super hot inside too. I saw plastic items like jars that looked more like something you'd recycle and get rid of. The interesting: This isn't a thrift store for clothes, kids stuff, or books. It's best for mattresses or furniture.

I love the variety of items they carry, and the employees have always been friendly, and welcoming. They have an impressive selection of clothing, shoes, glassware, collectibles, furniture, and vintage treasures, and it's always interesting to browse. That said, the prices are much higher than what most people expect from a thrift store. Traditionally, thrift stores exist to provide affordable clothing and household items while supporting the community, especially during times when many families are trying to stretch their budgets. Unfortunately, many of the prices here feel much closer to what you'd find in an antique or resale shop. I would honestly suggest renaming it to something like "Bridge Resale Store" because I think that would better reflect what customers can expect. It's still a great place to shop if you're looking for unique or vintage items, but if you're expecting traditional thrift store pricing, you may leave disappointed. I enjoy visiting and appreciate the staff and the quality of the merchandise--I just wish the pricing better matched the mission and expectations that come with the word "thrift."

The address on the website and online is not the correct one, so had to get back in my car and find new parking closer to the new location. Then I get inside and they said donations are by appointment only. 30 minute drive and a lot of parking hassle with nothing to show for it. There were cool vintage coats, heels in all styles, cool shirts that i found, and on top of that, there is an electronics section in the back that had lots of modern kitchen appliances! I might go back for a juicer if they have one still! Something really cool was that they had a sale going on. The associate at the front told me about it after I checked out. Items are already marked down, and they have sales on top of that from time to time! Super cool! The layout is simple.
