Took to another place and they did an alignment with no issue and said no parts were needed. Saved myself 2,000 by getting a 2nd opinion. Not sure if they do this to all people or if it was because I was a women, either way they were dishonest and I will tell everyone I know not to trust them.

Getting clear answers was nearly impossible, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. Their lack of professionalism gave me zero confidence in their ability to handle my vehicle, so I decided not to use their services at all. If they can't manage basic communication, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to trust them with actual repairs. I would not recommend this shop.

I called and confirmed they dispatched a truck, and said if we knew they were in Lapeer we would have gotten someone local. The guy answering starts yelling at me, tells me not to give him that, and that they're local, and their driver is 15 minutes out. I responded that they could have led with that, to which he says "well you could have acted like an adult" and hung up on me. Most unprofessional conduct I have experienced in decades. The tow truck driver, on the other hand was the complete opposite of the dispatcher. He was friendly, helpful and got the car started immediately.

Claimed that Rough Country doesn't design a good kit and they refuse to work on the truck. Was very rude and was belittled for asking simple questions. Don't waste your time and money.
