We had hoped for resolution from Valvoline but they are only offering us only a used engine with no clue its history greatly diminishing the value of the car (2021 jeep with 55k miles). The vehicle is still under powertrain warranty (which voids with used engine) and we have owned since new. We now have no car and have hired an attorney.

I drove with no heat there and back with a child. I bought the next part and I checked when I got it home and wondered why it still wasn't working after paying nearly $800 for parts and labor, the whole mechanism was cracked and the part that I paid for wasn't even there!!!
