This business does not do transmission repairs. They referred me to another shop. They are usually very good with whatever we need.

Jeff the manager, Darren the mechanic, and Chase were all awesome, dropped off the car for 2 rear bearing hubs, Chase took me to my chemo appointment, called when I was done, came and picked me up. Car shield dragging there feet, finally Jeff said we'll call you when they figure everything out. Next day called and had it settled. Great people, great service, will go back for sure read more

We want to do a BIG shout out to Justin and Brian for helping two cowgirls with a horse trailer and a blow tire that we limped into their lot. These sweet guys went out of their way to locate two trailer tires, go get them and put them on while we groomed our horses in their parking lot. We apologize for the mess Chip and Jasper left in your lot but that was their way of saying thanks. We are forever grateful. We highly recommended these gentlemen and staff !!! My Tacoma needed a little love so I gave Goodyear a call to make an appointment. They were able to get me right in, and upon inspection, Jeff called and let me know she needed new front brakes and rotors (which wasn't a surprise). Darrell was my technician and did great work! Unfortunately, I misplaced my Goodyear card, but was told by the credit card company that the store would be able to look it up. With my luck, the system hadn't update yet, and Zach spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to sort things out so I could get a mail-in rebate. So awesome!! These guys always do impeccable work, and try to save you money any chance they can! read more

Worst experience ever! Began a few months back when I took my truck into for an oil service. I was told that I needed new tires. They didn't have the tires in stock. And had to order them. A few weeks passed and I decided to stop and check the status of my order. Apparently they were in but nobody bothered to call me. We schedule an appointment. Since this was a fleet vehicle the service rep had to get authorization which required measuring the tread depth. Apparently The rear tires didn't meet the specifications to warrant a change. However, upon closer look the outer part of the rear tire was good but the inner part of the tire was nearly bald. When I asked about this they said "woops!" And, they would need to order the tires now for the back. Again no call to let me know when there came in I had to follow up once again with them. Apparently they didn't realize you can't put different tires on the front and rear of a truck. This is real bad when it is 4x4. This fiasco ended up causing damage to the transmission too. To top it all off, I asked that the headlights be adjusted. The technician said there wasn't an adjustment on this style. I had to show him the instruction online using Google. I have learned my lesson...I'll never patronize this establishment again. read more

Where do I start? I've been to a couple of different shops. One closed down & one caused damage to my vehicle so I decided to try a brand name shop. Expecting to receive great service since it was name brand and cost more. I was so wrong. I went in for a TPMS repair & to just check a leaking tire. I said upfront I was strapped for cash & was keeping my repairs low. The technician came out hateing on Jeep's from the beginning. Then says that it's in poor condition "looks like it's been laying in a creek bed for a couple of years", not road worthy, & "you paid too much for it" it's not worth $1000. "It needs new tie rods" amongst 100 other things. Extremely uncalled for him to speak to a customer like that. I had had asked for my tires to be repaired, not a complete inspection. I know it's rough. Told him I didn't have the money right now. Just fix what I asked. Acted like it made him mad that I wasn't having the other repairs done. He said he'd write up an estimate for the other work (he never did) .Comes out later saying I need a new tire, he can't patch it. I thought a technician would know by looking at it if he could patch it. I had to buy a new tire to get it home. When I asked for the old tire back (so I could patch it & not have to buy all new tires since it's bad to run different tires on a 4x4) he returned it to me with holes punched in the sidewall that were not there. He told me again uldn't make it home in the condition it was in. I actually was afraid he'd sabotaged my vehicle. While I was there I listened in on everyone's repairs. I don't think one person made it out of there without a "you need this fixed too". I tried contacting Goodyear through their chat online and while typing, I was disconnected, presumably from their end. Sorry, no more Goodyear shops or Goodyear tire from any shop. I'll go with a business that respects their customers. read more

We were on a road trip from Columbus, OH to Southeast WV. Before we left, one of our tires had a slow leak that the Goodyear Year location in Columbus said was due to a bad valve core, which they replaced. So all should have been good for our trip. Just north of the Ohio River the low tire pressure warning came on. After adding air it came back on after about 20 more minutes. We found this Goodyear location. Turns out our wheel was bent from a previous pothole strike. The guys at Goodyear we're able to bend the rim back enough to get the tire to hold air and get us back on the road. No charge. Friendly staff who are truly interested in the wellbeing of their clients. We spoke with a number of staff. I don't recall all their names. Justin greeted us and took care of us throughout the visit. Jeff, the store manager, was really helpful and concerned too. Thanks for getting us back on the road so fast! Your help is greatly appreciated. read more
