Wow. Just wow. Our trailer tires were having a small leak on our route from Florida to Arizona. We called this location and they said bring it on by. They took us in and looked and were able to fix the issue right away. They were so kind and told us because we had an old trailer the valves needed to be replaced and due to wear and tear they most likely got warn out. They fixed it and because we got the tires through Goodyear they didn't charge us. We will be using Good Year for all our trailer tire needs from here on out. Thank you Goodyear!! read more

4 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. yes I had an appointment but noticed walk ins were able to get their service before me. Did a good job but slower than molasses. read more

Was very impressed with the service we received there. Dennis was a very big help. My daughter was using our truck 3 hours away and the alternator went out, not really familiar with auto repair shops over there we had the tow truck take it to the Goodyear place. It was one of the few places we found had a mechanic on duty on Sunday!! Dennis let us know what the problem was and even had to get the part from Mobile they were very fast and reliable ! I got a simple oil change, and come to find out that the oil change was never done. I had to replace the engine in my car due to no oil in the car. There was no accountability and my car is still having issues. They could have offered something to help with my car due to the fact that I never had an issue until this oil change. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I took my car to Goodyear at about 12pm today and was told to come back in an hour because some of the mechanics needed to take a lunch. So I asked the guy at the counter if he could put my name and number in the computer so when I get back mine is the first in and out. I come back after waiting an hour just for them to take 2 hours on a simple oil change. The car I brought in is modified with a loud exhaust so when the mechanic was pulling it out of the shop he proceeded to rev my car like crazy I guess thinking it was funny. It did not start well.... I took in my company car, and the guy behind the desk told me that since it was a fleet vehicle it could not be serviced for another 2000+ miles according to a generic chart he looked at. I told him that my company requires it every 5000 miles and the chart didn't matter. He responded that he may not get paid, I told him I will take it elsewhere. He decided to call and get approval. The oil change happened. I was the only customer in the store from the time it opened this morning at 9:00am, until the time my car was finished, at 10:05am. Seriously? Over an hour to change the oil and rotate tires? And I was the only customer there? Not impressed. Have heard several negative stories about this place since we moved here, however I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out using the company car. Based on the immediate argument they initiated with a new customer, and the obscenely long time it took them to finish the job, I will not be bringing my two personal cars here. read more

Friendly service, fast, reasonably priced. We decided to stop on our road trip after seeing 5 cars on the side of the road with blown tires, than another blew a tire right in front of us! We assume it's the sudden heat wave, but took it as a sign to check ours. This location is right off the highway and wasn't busy at all when we stopped in. I ordered my tires online and scheduled installation. The tires were ready when I arrived. Marvin did the installation and was extremely courteous and conscientious. He even checked the lug nut torque with a torque wrench instead of just cranking them down like many places do. read more

If you are in the mood for sarcasm and smug looks.... This is the place for you. I walked in and was immediately stared down by Sinbad look alike who didn't greet me or say a word. So, I said "How are you doing...." I got nothing from this guy. So, I figured he is a no nonsense kind of a guy and wants to get straight to business... I told him I wanted to buy four new tires and get an oil change.... All he said was "If you can leave it (car) for a few hours..." So, I turned away to leave.... And he started backtracking so he wouldn't lose the $800 I was about to put down on new tires.... Needless to say I kept walking and passed the four empty car bays outside of the office. This place is a joke. Go to Firestone .... They were a lot busier and still got me out in 39 minutes. read more

If you want to get supremely ripped off and lied to...go to Goodyear. Goodyear gave me an estimate of $750 for 2 front brakes. Supposedly the rotors had to be replaced. Couldn't be turned. Told them he** no. Took to an HONEST place. Rotors were well within tolerances to be machined and turned. Replaced front brakes $171. read more

RIP OFF CENTRAL. STAY AWAY!!!! While traveling to gulf shores, we had some engine issues and stopped into this Goodyear location. We were initially happy to find the store open to help us. They fairly quickly "identified the issue" and began to correct the problem. After about 4 hours they pulled the car out and we were on our way to enjoy vacation. The total bill was $920 to replace spark plugs, fix the O2 sensors, and general tune up. On the way back home the check engine light came back on and I pulled into in an O'reilly's in Shreveport, la. They plugged in a small handheld device and it was coded as an O2 sensor issue again. At first I thought that it was the other sensor, but the technician said that Goodyear didn't switch off the old alert. After reviewing my invoice from goodyear, the O'reilly's technician stated that I didn't need spark plugs and that they overcharged me on the O2 sensor repair. In fact they charged me $400 on spark plugs that o'reilly's sells to Goodyear for $5 a piece. The technician also told me that stores like Goodyear earn bonuses based on dollars generated. Seems like a plan that drives stores to rip off the customer. Overall the store employees were nice. But just probably happy to rip me off. Stay away and find an O'reilly's. read more

Great, fast service! My daughter was home from college for Easter. Late Sat afternoon, I noticed one of her tires was bad. Most of the tire stores were closed or short staffed on Easter Sunday. I was at Goodyear at 6:45 Monday. The manager Bryan & technician John were already there with the doors open & ready for business 15 minutes before opening time. I explained my situation & the need for my daughter to get on the road asap. In 1 1/2 hours, her car had 4 new tires & a 4-wheel alignment completed. John even took it for a test drive to be sure it was road ready. Needless to say, they impressed this dad & my daughter made it back to school safely & on time.
