Last week I discovered my passenger side low beam was not turning on. I assumed there was an issue with the bulb so I purchased an upgrade to help me see at night. This new light also did not power on. I there is no fuse for low beams on my truck and not much information online so I decided I was out of my depth and needed to bring it in The team at Fausak was straight forward upon our first interaction so they took my keys and I sat down to wait. Around 10-15 minutes later the man I checked in with came over and told me that the power canbus was faulty and that is why the light wouldn't turn on. I informed him that my previous bulb in that spot also would not come on. I asked if they could try powering the light outside of the car to see if that was indeed the case. I asked if they had any electrical grease they could use to make ensure the best possible connection. They told me that a regular halogen bulb they had in the shop worked fine on the connection and that they couldn't power the light without feeding power through the canbas which doesn't work. Charged me $63.75 for the diagnostic. I took the truck to home depot to get electrical grease, applied some and the light came right on and works without issue. Not sure why the mechanic decided to latch onto the idea that the hardware was bad and not explore any other possible solutions to my problem. It would have been easy to plug the light into the drivers side to see if it would come on but they decided not to do that. His conclusion almost sent me into a lengthy warranty process because he was not thorough and did not really listen to my questions/requests. Nice people but I would like to see more focus on solving the problem and less about upselling a new lightbulb. read more

I brought my car here a few weeks ago to get a leaking tire fixed, after about an hour and a half they brought it out saying they found the leak and fixed it. I brought it back today because it was not fixed and it continued leaking. I figured I would go ahead and get the oil changed since I was dropping it off, I had learned my lesson trying to wait on it. I get a text saying they had my vehicle ready. I got here about an hour ago and paid for my service and they are still looking for my keys. They lost them and have no idea where they are. So even though I dropped the vehicle off this time, they still have me waiting for more than a hour. And they have no idea what they are going to do about my keys. read more

We were visiting family, drove around looking to get a tire patched from road trip. We found this place online after trying a few places with no luck for a timely repair. Will and Willie took care of us! They got the vehicle in almost right away and after a conversation about some tire wear they also did an alignment which was supposed to have been done at another service station. They not only repaired the tire but they corrected the alignment in the same visit. The corrected alignment had an immediate impact on the road noise as well as the gas mileage of our vehicle on the ride home. Had one tire separate from the steel belt. Called and spoke to Terry. Price would be $320 with one tire, rotation, and four wheel alignment. Didn't sound too bad. Made the appt for Friday, dropped the car off Thursday night with Will (who didn't even bother to introduce himself when I asked if he was Terry... I had to ask Will's name... weird). Got a call from Terry at 2:00pm Fri afternoon saying car was done). I got there at 4:00 and right before paying, asked how the alignment went. Terry checked the paperwork and realized they didn't do it. I was about to pay for it! He said it would be about half an hour. My wife was in our other car and we had dinner plans but what choice did I have. I asked Terry what he could do with the price under these circumstances. He said he could knock $20 off. I did not like when Mavis bought Tire Engineers and was looking for my new place for car repairs, tires, etc. I had explained this to Terry. When he said only $30 I explained I won't be back. He didn't seem to mind. After the screw up I think the alignment should have been gratis. Oh only got me once. I'm still looking for my new place I guess. Spoke to Willy before leaving and he didn't care either. Too many competitors within a few miles to have to put up with bad service! Even worse than the service I received is being asked by the owner to contact him and then not hearing back. read more

110% recommend this place I'm new to town and do not know where the best places are yet for services so I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere and they pretty much ruined it no 1 tire size was the same and not to mention the tires didn't even hold air I Told Fausak tires what had happened and they got me sorted ordered the tires got it in within a couple hours and then got the new tires on with what seemed To only be about 30 minutes with no scratches to the rims what so ever and they even went the extra step of clearing all the codes from the previous shop and making sure my car was good too go before sending me back on the road again. oh and I even had another tire place actually recommend them to me so please if you have any questions on where to get your tires go to fausaks read more
