Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.

We could see the ocean and feel the salty air hit our cheeks and sometimes tangle our hair but it was always something my family and I looked forward to. We met Sage and her family maybe four years ago. I was so impressed to learn that Sage was only a teenager when she founded her company. Her family supported her idea of supplying Navarre with bikes to maneuver around the quaint town. And it grew beyond bikes. Our time in Navarre was always with Sage Paddles on the itinerary after discovering how peaceful and memorable scooting around town afforded our family. We wanted to support Sage and her sweet family especially after we learned of her story. Sadly, as of last year they no longer have scooters available. We never quite got to the bottom of why but we have cherished the memories this small family owned company helped us create. And we fully recommend you heading on over there to book your paddle board and transportation needs. Fun fact: the movie Jaws was filmed in this small beach town.

Yet, it does not happen very often. My wife and I just booked a House in Destin for mid-October. I wanted a golf cart. By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We will pay more to get it. Customer service is the key.

As of a month ago my auxiliary battery quit and my main battery stopped this weekend. I called several times to tell them the issue. They kept saying warranty only covers 2 years which is fine. The batterys have a 60 month prorated warranty in which they didn't uphold...they wouldn't even try and figure out what my issue was so I finally gave up. I'll never refer any one else nor use this business...Goodluck with your 2 year batterys...

Bikes, Scooters, Golf Carts, Watercraft Rentals, and More!…read more Staff greeted us and explained pricing, took copies of our driver's license, and asked us to read and sign/initial the Scooters Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and Release of Liability. My husband and I rented two scooters for 2 hours for $285.00. There is a $200 deposit that was refunded the next day. Helmets under Florida law, riders over the age of 21 who carry at least $10,000 in medical insurance coverage are not required to wear a helmet. You are required to wear a helmet when you take possession of the scooter but can remove it when you are off of their property. Eyewear is required, so bring your sunglasses. Trust me you will need it. Staff offered a brief instructional on how to operate the scooter and observed a test drive in the front parking lot. After two circles we were off! It is against the law to drive scooters on the interstate or main highways. You can ride on the side streets and six mile beach strip. It was the perfect Florida afternoon to ride the beach strip and enjoy the sun, especially when the beach is crowded. Make sure you return the scooter with a full tank otherwise you will be charged $10.00. There is a Shell gas station on the strip and was less than $2.00 to top off two scooters. We had a blast and happy to Support this Local family Owned Bussiness. Supreme customer service. Highly recommend.
