I will say they were down a member of their team with a medical issue. Once I voiced my concern to Alex that I needed to be kept in the loop of my case I was assigned a different attorney. I was appointed Jeff Kaufman, and he did an outstanding job keeping me in the loop of the case via emails or phone calls. Jeff went way above and beyond what was necessary of him to help bring my case to a close. Jeff showed real compassion to my situations the entire time dealing with my case and was able to bring to a close before losing my home and vehicle. He did work that should have been done by the opposing attorney to help speed up the closing of my case. I give their firm and Jeff a 5 star review. Lastly, he offered to me to keep Intouch if I have any issues or other legal questions while now I go through my social security disability process which another firm is handling. I feel Like I formed a friendship with Jeff going through all of this. On another note not related to this firm but worker's compensation cases in general. It is a long process anywhere from 1-3 years I have heard of from others. The workers best intentions are not in mind of the opposing company. The independent medical examiners are a joke and only out to nail you. They are referred to as insurance whores. They basically say whatever your comp company wants them to say in my opinion.
