He explained everything in terms easy to understand and even showed me a video of the work when it was completed. He showed me something to watch and assured me it would be safe and can be looked at when I return for touch up work in two years. I had researched the process prior to using Best Blast and compared with Ziebart - hands down - NHOU V3 at Best Blast was the way to go. I never had any of my recent vehicles uncoated the way we used it years ago - was told it was no longer necessary since they have used different means to protect vehicles from rusting - the undercoating was no longer needed - think again - if you plan to hold onto your vehicle - which I do - Best Blast is the thing to do right after you drive out of the showroom or anytime before the rusting begins - The cost was fair and the follow-up check and touch up work is very reasonable and a normal maintenance cost. Brian was timely when he would scheduled my vehicle and it was done and ready when promised. I fully recommend Brian and Best Blast II for your rust protection needs - he will tell you the best method and material for you vehicle. Within an hour's time of dropping my pieces off, I received them back, lovingly wrapped, with all prior paint removed, and sanded smooth. Would not have achieved the results without their help.
