This firm could not have cared less or been more unhelpful. They were constantly rude and condescending in emails and when you matched their attitude they cried victim. They are massively disrespectful and think you should just take their attitude and smile. They don't answer questions and on the off chance they do are very rude. Just all around rude nasty people. I don't think they know tax law either. Probably why they don't like answering questions because they don't know the answer and if they are rude enough hope you don't notice they don't know.

Mr dennis told me he would help me and was initially very kind, inviting me in his office. My ex girlfriend had worked there for years and she referred me. She was hoping they would help me but I later found out they mistreated her as well (while pregnant) He gave me a very reasonable quote for getting me caught up .. I explained that I had 2 uncles die of covid and we were struggling to raise money for our family. I was later informed by a secretary that I owed a large sum and it was only going to cover one year (for which there was going to be no return because it was so late.. ) It was very upsetting and I told her to tear it up and that I would have to bring my business elsewhere I would have never agreed to $2000 dollars for what would have amounted to a half hour of paper work She called me unethical and said they would do the one year for free (in a very condescending tone). She said and I quote, "we will tear up your check and to consider this one year of a return a gift from us" The disagreement was upsetting but I was relieved and grateful at the same time. I later got a bill in the mail My friend later told me that after giving these folks blood sweat and tears they pulled a similar stunt on her. I guess this is how the rich stay rich. The guy has a shiny 120 thousand dollar car out front in a very working class neighborhood where many of us are struggling to get through these hard times. I don't understand why they wouldn't have just sent me somewhere else. They offer to do the one year free, then send me a bill after all .

You can't treat people in a way that makes them literally break down when you are a professional and be apathetic about the loss of a baby and needing to get the money & tax info and it taking more than 5 min. Just remember you never know what people are going through & you as a professional need to listen & take the time to set up an appointment or refer them to someone more competent. Im trying so hard and this 7 minute call was nothing but a slap in my face. I could and would never treat another human this way. They told me my taxes would take two weeks three later I call and someone said by the end of the day. When I came by it turns out the person meant at the end if the week. I finally get my taxes and my street is wrong.
