Unprofessional, Rude, and Completely Disrespectful - STAY FAR AWAY…read more If you are hoping to find a legal team that offers professionalism, empathy, or even basic courtesy--this is absolutely NOT the place. Save yourself the emotional stress and your money. I originally paid the $450 consultation fee weeks ago and spoke with the attorney over Zoom. When I called back recently-- genuinely ready to move forward--I was met with an incredibly rude and dismissive staff member. She kept interrupting me to mention the $450 consultation fee, not even giving me the chance to explain that I had already paid it and completed the consultation. Her only concern seemed to be repeating that number over and over again, as if it were the only thing that mattered. Then, without even hearing the details of my case or confirming the attorney's availability, she immediately brought up a $6,000 minimum retainer fee. I was calling for next steps to officially hire the attorney I had already spoken to. Instead, I was treated like I was calling for the first time, and clearly like a burden. When I asked when the attorney would be available, she had no idea. I asked repeatedly for her name--she refused to give it. At one point, she put me on mute and ignored me. After pressing her again, she finally asked for my name, phone number, and court date... only to come back and tell me the attorney wasn't available for my date anyway. This experience was frustrating, upsetting, and completely unprofessional. It was like they had no record or interest in actually helping someone who had already paid and was ready to move forward. This law office is clearly not in the business of helping people. They are in the business of collecting fees and turning away clients. If you want to be heard, respected, or guided--go anywhere else.

In October 2023, they even solicited me to "retain" their services again, despite the fact that I was already a client. For nearly two years there was no contact. When I tried to obtain my retainer back in August 2025, I was suddenly told for the first time that they were "missing a signature" from me, which is why no work had been performed -- even though they had never once contacted me about it during that entire time. What makes this worse is that the company's corporate status in Maryland is "forfeited," which means the business is not legally allowed to conduct business, bring lawsuits, or defend itself in court in Maryland until it is reinstated. Despite this, they continue to advertise and operate multiple offices in Baltimore, Columbia, Annapolis, and even Florida. I have since had to file formal complaints with state regulators and the BBB just to try to get my money back. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience, and I would strongly caution other consumers against using this firm.

(And one that would have considerable impact on my tax liability.) I spoke to their representative and he was encouraging and asked me to set up an account and said that I could get a consultation for what I felt was a fair hourly cost the next week. I set up an account and soon after started receiving emailed advertisements from them (which i assumed was a cost of doing business - OK.) Then, they never scheduled the consultation. When I reached out again by email to my contact they said that they were not going to be able to assist me. I called to speak to them and they said they were too busy. Don't waste their time, they are too busy.
