I needed some color copies made and decided that even though I was right next to the UPS store I would go out of my way and support a local business. They advertised 10 cent self serve color copies. I didn't realize that if the attendant did it for me it would be 4x as much. I went to pay and it was $50 for 100 copies plus cutting. I wish she had told me that 30 seconds of her time to punch a few buttons on the machine was worth $30. I will NEVER do business with them again and I will be vocal in telling others. read more

Never had a bad experience here! I use them for work but would definitely use them if the personal need were to arise as well. When looking for a print shop to use for business purposes, we got quotes from several around the area for our first job. Not only was Gordon's exponentially cheaper than the rest, they were QUICK. We had copies available much faster than we anticipated. Their location is very convenient as well. My most recent copy experiences with them were just yesterday. I sent over 2 print jobs via email and they were ready for pick up in less than an hour. The prints & posters we have gotten through them have never been less than top quality. They have lots of close, conveniently located, parking spots. The service is quick when you go inside. People are busy, and not super talkative, but always friendly. Definitely intend to continue using them in business and personal instances. read more

I drove by at 6:00pm on a Monday night, the lights were on and the hours on the door said they closed at 7:00pm. Turns out they close at 6:00pm. Which might be why the workers weren't too friendly and it took 20 minites for 5 fliers. I would have happily gone somewhere else had they said they were closed. Instead they said nothing about that and provided terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. read more

Needed to find a way to scan a contract fast because my scanner wouldn't cooperate. I went to Gordon's thinking it would be like 25 cents to scan and email a copy. They charged me $9! I then went into the email and they hadn't scanned both sides, he tried again and sent me the same thing twice. He charged me AGAIN to scan the other side because of his screw up. Worst waste of money and I'll never go there again. read more

They advertise cheap black-and-white copies, so I took some stuff in to be printed on my own paper and they charged me six cents more than they are advertising plus a $2 set up. Absurd. And they are extremely slow I will never go back. read more

Buyer Beware. Gordon's in Layton charges a $1.50 fee if you email them your file (no matter how big the file or how many prints you need). Yes Printing 1 block west is much better with much better customer service. read more
