The clerk over the phone was very friendly and gave me perfect directions (it's on the same side of the street as the Newgate Mall right next to Ross in the same parking lot). I visited on a Saturday approximately 3 pm. Keep in mind this was not a holiday weekend. The returns are in the front of the store with excellent signage. There were three people in front of me when arriving, and another three newcomers when I left. Only one clerk behind the counter but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They do not give you receipts here for your returns (anymore as I was told). That said, Amazon received my package and I received my refund so everything went well. No photos included because I don't think it's appropriate to photograph others in a public setting without their knowledge even if their backs are turned.

This is one location that I can purchase stamps or shipping labels at odd hours of the day if need be, as well as drop off. As a full time mom and teacher, it is hard to find time to drop packages off during buisness hours, so the Roy location was the perfect stop for me when I was living at my last house about ten minutes south of here. I ended up moving further south, and the post office near me doesn't allow for any packages or mail to be dropped off, so I'll often times drive 45 minutes or so out of my way just to drop larger packages off here. It was not a negative interaction until the senior rep Postmaster was called, and he suggested I find a different method of shipping.
