Overall a good experience, regularly attentive employees. Not always a five star experience, but regularly one.

I had the best experience at this FedEx location. When I walked in, I was greeted by the nicest lady with the biggest smile! I had no idea what I was doing, but she helped me figure it out. This FedEx takes SmartPost packages. I wasn't sure what that was or how it worked, but luckily she knew and quickly took care of everything. I was in and out in less than a minute. They were very intent on the upsell. I was shipping a computer monitor in a computer monitor box. It was a solid box designed for shipping computer monitors. They wanted to charge me $20 for them to repack it in their own box. I told them no, then they asked if I would be fine with my box falling off counters and having 100 lb boxes thrown on it. In other words, if you don't pay us to pack it, it might just get damaged before it made it on the truck. They also said I would be required to sign a disclosure stating that they recommended that I use their box and that any damage would not be covered. I left and went to Office Max. They added a couple sheets of bubble wrap and were very professional. read more

Always had a good experience with this location very professional, however sometimes they seem undermaned.

Staff here is always excellent to work with! I come here or send projects here multiple times a month, and everything is always completed extremely fast and to my exact specifications. Staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help me meet shipping deadlines, making my job a lot easier. Jennifer is especially great to work with, and I can trust her with my projects every time. read more

I went in my first time and had a great worker help me out. She was fantastic. It was my first time being there and she made me want to come back with a friend to print out our school syllabus. When I went back the next time (about 2 weeks ago), I believe it was the store manager that helped us this time. She complained that our order was to big and kept stating that this was going to take some time. And she didn't have the time to deal with it and it needed to be done as an order. This was after about 15 minutes of me trying to help her and help explain to her which items I needed off of my USB drive. She let other customers interrupt and helped them because mine was "going to take a while". I understood that my order was a lot, but making a customer feel that bad for an order and that it was going to be a real pain in the neck to finish is unacceptable customer service. I don't love writing reviews because I believe everyone has a bad day here and there, and I wanted to give this worker a benefit of the doubt. She was sure nice with the one customer that kept wanting to check if his scan worked on his USB port and she would help him while I was trying to show her things that needed to be copied. After about 30 minutes she got our stuff loaded onto the drive and then we proceeded to get the order into the system to have us pick it up the next day. She never told us it would be an extra charge for 3 hole punch, she rolled her eyes a few times when asked if she checked the powerpoints if they had any notes attached to them (which she told me they did not, and they actually do. I watched her open up only ONE pp when we had about 10 different pp.'s). The store NEVER called us the next day, I called around 2:30pm to ask if our order was done and it was finished the night before (they can't call pass 8pm-love that idea so good job). But that should've been done first thing in the morning. We got our order that afternoon and we ended up missing about 30 pages of things, they didn't do double copies for some units and then we got some papers that were triple copies of other things. Bottom line; I felt like she didn't really care about helping us and just wanted us to be out of the store. Our order was a little difficult but a customer should NEVER feel that way when leaving a store. Not good service at all. Wish I could say different. read more

I went into the Layton UT FedEx Kinkos at 7:00am to have a poster printed for my daughter. It was something i needed immediately, but the lady at the deak said she couldnt do it for about 4 hours because she had orders ahead of me and the machine to print them out sometimes gives her trouble. I was the only person in the store and she couldn't just take 5 minutes and print it? I explained that it was one poster and i needed it now. I likely wont ever be going back to this store. I will use Speedipak down the street who are cheaper, do a great job and have always been very accommodationg and nice about everything i have done there. read more

This fedex office is awful!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. I own a contracting business, and often have to print full size plans. This is the closest print shop to my office and I keep making the mistake of thinking it will be faster and less painful to go here. However I'm always much quicker to drive the extra 10 minutes to Gordon's on Fairfield. The employees are rude and have a "sucks to be you attitude". Even the manager seems irritated that she had to descend from her throne, and heaven forbid help customers! read more
