This place is terrible. I came in with a very simple job. Make my black and white file into copies onto card stock. The young woman who helped me looked and spoke as if she hated this job. Mumbling, no energy, wearing a ski cap. She printed my copies and when she handed them to me the quality was terrible. The black background was totally patchy and each copy had a different amount of saturation. I asked the girl what happened and she looked at me like I was crazy and said "they look fine to me". So I pointed out to her the problems with the black ink and she said "if you want them to look better than that you have to pay for color photocopies". This seems ridiculous to me and like a rip off. How about they just offer their customers quality black-and-white copies instead of gouging them on a pricey color copy for black and white items. This is when I should've walked out of the business, but I didn't. I paid double to get my copies printed in color. When I got home and started working on my project they had shorted me four of my copies that I paid for. But the store was already closed by that point so I had to come all the way back the next morning to get the additional copies which they charged me for. When I got home the images of the new copies were 80% smaller than the ones they had printed the day before with the exact same file. I had to return to the store with my children in tow because apparently the employees at this business don't know about un-checking the "fit to page" box. I was very polite to the same young girl who looked like her soul was dying each moment she spent at this job. I brought the smaller file and the regular size print to show her the difference. I was met with a blank stare. Finally she seemed to comprehend the issue and printed new ones. During this time I asked to speak to a manager about my experience. An older woman - who was gabbing with her girlfriend at the counter about her twins - told me there was no manager or owner present, but that she would hear my issues. While I explained everything that happened the young girl who was making my new copies took the time to glance up at me, roll her eyes, and sigh repeatedly. The older woman heard my complaints and looked at me unapologetically. She explained to me that there black-and-white is not high-quality enough to produce clear images (something I think would be helpful for a printer to be able to accomplish). She then said "We do the best we can with the machines we have. I guess we won't charge you for these new copies." Ummm...what?! OF COURSE you're not charging for the re- prints of your mistakes! And that was it - she went right back to gabbing with her friend while the sulky 20-something handed me my copies and muttered "Merry Christmas". I try in every way that I can to support small, local businesses but I will never come back to this place. read more

My wife has gotten lots of little printing jobs done here and the service and quality of jobs has been great! Not to mention their turn around time for small jobs is super fast!
