Went here recently to make an Amazon return. I had to call prior to going to get directions. The young man on the phone was very friendly and instructive. Hey, I didn't get lost going there! It is a bit of a tight crowded space in regards to parking (due to it being located by several stores, Pizza Hut being the main one). However, even though it was rush hour in regards to traffic, I was able to park right in front and was in and out of the store in 3 minutes max! Plenty of clerks behind the counter (all teenagers). Wasn't greeted or spoken to once during my visit up until I said "that's it"? They give you a receipt if you do have a return for Amazon which was greatly appreciated. I personally don't need a lot of small talk so the visit worked just fine for me! read more

This store was recently remodeled. The self serve Amazon return was moved to the front window. The glare from the sun makes it difficult to process the returns I asked if they were thinking about installing a shade to block the sun. The male employee sitting on a piece of furniture barely looked up from his phone to say, "Nope". He then went back to looking at his phone. Color me not impressed. I try to use the kiosk to take the load off of the employees. Probably will quit doing that. read more

Today I had a return. The chimpanzees page said to drop it off at UPS. After standing in a line while customers sidled, a worker told me to use the kiosk. Then told me my package was USPS and "we don't scan those". She put my package in a pile. Now I wish I had taken it over to USPS because I have no proof my package was shipped. Ugh. read more

Customer Service was not good in this UPS Store today. And I gave Luke (the name on my receipt) three opportunities to make it right. I called into the location about 10 minutes before arriving. I called to ask if they would allow me to email a label to them so they could print it for me.... so my intent was crystal clear. The lady I spoke to gave me their email address. I asked how much it would be to have them print out the emailed label and she said $.06 per page. When I arrived they charged me $1.07. The money, obviously, is not the issue. Luke said "there's a $1.00 email fee." I said "she never said anything about an email fee, AND she knew I was sending and email to be printed, please waive the fee." He said I can't. I said are you sure.... it's not fair to charge for something when you didn't tell someone about a charge that is clearly going to come up. He said yep. I said are you sure, do you want to check with someone.... nope. Okay Luke. This is crappy customer service at its best. You KNOW you're wrong, but you push through anyway. When you charge someone 16x what you told them, that's wrong. It's like ordering a sandwich for $6 and they ring you up for $107 because they included a bread cutting charge.... How do you print out an email without getting the email first. By the way, this was sent to THEIR email address. It's not like they had to access my email! Bad bad bad form. took a package in on fri Jan 26 paid $150 to ship an 8oz package to cali overnight. guaranteed they say. sat came and the ups tracking says it is due to arrive on mon the 29th. went into the store to get a refund since it was delayed. the kids (i do mean kids) there had no clue the manager Will tells me they have to file a claim and it will take some time. i asked them why it didn't get there as promised as the package contained my wife's cancer meds and they told me "we have no control over what ups does. i said this is ups store to which he replied "we are not ups". funny cause all the brown ups uniforms and the signs all say ups. any ways Will tells me i'll get an email from ups which i never got. went back on mon and was told it's being handled. fast forward to the following sat and i haven't heard word one from either ups or the store so i went back and talked the girl that originally took my shipment and they called Will and he says leave ur phone no and email and i'll find out what's up and call you on mon. so i waited and as expected no call so i went back in on tues and tell em i tired of the run around and stop telling me you arent UPS. i asked Will why he didnt call me as promised and he gave me some excuse about having to cover at anorher store so he just blew me off. going on two weeks and i still haven't received my refund and the crew at the ups store are pretty useless. go to fedex or usps cause this particular store is a joke. and the attitude from management is all about we don't care. this place sucks hard. read more

I recieved a package pick up notice on my front door 3 days before attempting to pick it up. I went to the store and showed the Manager the notice. She ruddly said that they didn't need it but what was my name. I handed her my drivers licence she returned to tell me that the package was not there and to contact customer service. I went home and used the notice to track the package that said it was infact at the Kaysville store recieved by SMITH who I assume is the manager. I called them and spoke with said manager again who then told me that the address on my ID was not the delivery address, which is true because it had an old address on it. This was new information that she did not discuss with me on my first visit. I mentioned this and she said that I need to bring in mail with the correct address. No appology point in fact extremely rude. I returned to the store and Kelly was there to help me and did a good job that is why I give 2 stars both for Kelly. The manager is a rude, poor customer service employee. I recommend she work elsewhere where she does not need to interact with customers. I will avoid using this UPS location in the future. read more

Terrible management. The manager acts like he has better things to do then to help his customers. A few times I went it with a print order and asked for paper and the EMPLOYEE printed it on the wrong paper and then the manager just charged me for it and actually acted bothered when I said that I was not going to pay extra for it because it was not MY mistake. He is not accomidating, understanding or friendly. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere. I hope UPS corporate will consider getting another "manager" who is concerned about customer relations read more

Is it common practice of UPS to add an inch (or two) to each side of the box? This store added 2 inches to one side and one to each of the other. By doing this, it added an extra $9 to the cost of shipping. When I asked why, I was told they just add an inch in case -- if they measure wrong, it should be on THEM and not on the customer. A box does not get larger. Not impressed and will look elsewhere to ship a large box next time. Disappointed. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times and both times have been disappointing. Customer service is poor, and they are slow. I came in with a jump drive with a file that I needed to have them print and bind. After waiting in line for 5 minutes, the employee told me to go to a workstation and pull it up and then let them know when I had it pulled up. That took me a whopping 20 seconds. In the meantime, she decided to help the next person in line. I gave up and left and I will not be returning. read more

I went to this store on 12/19/18. I shipped a package to arrive by Christmas in Tennessee. It was guaranteed before Christmas. It arrived a week after Christmas. I called UPS and they made me call the UPS store directly to get the refund dealt with. I called the UPS Store and left 3 messages, each time the rep would tell me the manager would call me back. I finally called when the manager was there and they took my info down and submitted to UPS Corporate. They said usually within 5 days it is refunded and a check will be mailed to me. That was almost two months ago. I have called in probably 5 times and they always take down my information and say a manager will call me back, but they never do. I spoke to a manager a couple weeks ago and they said that there's a delay with UPS Corporate on issuing refunds because so many packages around Christmas were delivered late. I called again just now to follow-up and no one even answered. It went to an off-shore voicemail solution and said, "Sorry, the UPS Store voicemail box is full. Please hang up." Not even an ounce of quality customer service here. read more

Worst UPS store I've ever done business with. Customer service completely lacks. The other day I showed 15 min before close to mail an urgent package and the store was already closed. I called the manager the following day to complain and the manager insisted the employee did not close the store early. Lights were off, door locked, and cage down at 6:45pm, but the manager insisted I must have had my time mistaken. As if...... Will never do business here again. read more

Waited thirty minutes because I needed to send a security box to Comcast .....Comcast told me to come there....after thirty minutes, I was told they could not get it to work and to go to the layton store.....I felt good customer service would stand by the service they offered and they should have figured out why and how to get it shipped..... read more

I went to this store to send off a package of shoes that I sold and needed to buy a cardboard box for, I asked for a cardboard box and they charged me $7 for a box to put a pair of shoes in. They told me they would package the shoes and ship it for me so I left them the shoe box and they ended up taping the shoe box shut and taping the shipping label to the top of the shoe box and shipping as so. The shoe box arrived ruined and I was unable to sell the shoes. I went back to the ups store to tell them what happened and I showed them a copy of my receipt showing I bought a cardboard box, and I showed them pictures of how they arrived in no cardboard box. The package was insured and the store said I would get a refund and the shoes would be insured in 7-10 days. I went back to the store 10 days later and they said they were unable to refund me and they are still waiting on things to be sorted out. It has been over a month now and they are refusing to do anything because they said it was just a box that got damaged when the box is part of the item I was selling. read more

Tasha was so helpful and amazing in helping getting my bike I purchased sent down to me in AZ. After the bike store, Bikers Edge, was done packaging it for me, she arranged to go pick it up for me and get it taken care of and shipped to me. She was so kind. I was in a bit of a hurry to get to my flight, and she handled everything for me! Great customer service, she didn't have to do that and she went above and beyond. read more
