So I immediately sent a video of the broken part to Mike, the sales guy, and he told me I need to bring it back to get an exchange. I asked multiple times if they can deliver the replacement , seeing as it was kind of their issue I thought they might, but the won't, and he says I need to bring it back the next day to get a replacement or I won't be able to get a replacement for months (if ever). So next day it's raining and I ask again for delivery, they say no bring it in thru the rain it's fine. I take off work early to bring the piece in. Get there, broken piece is soaked and a bit dirty from rain/ dirt, they refuse to take it back! And leave me with the broken piece. I was pretty upset about the whole thing, but they acted like I was the idiot for not tarping the whole thing / waterproofing it. I guess I could have , but at the end of the day I thought maybe they should've just delivered the replacement. Anyways, spent $4,000 and received a broken couch with terrible service trying to get a replacement. I would NEVER shop here again.... The ironic part is that when they sold me the couch the bragged about how easy it is to clean, then when I bring it back wet from the rain they say they can't sell a dirty piece. Like bro- you told me this couch is easy to strip apart and clean? Haha

Not sure if the delivery people broke it, but they should have noticed when they loaded if it was broken before hand. They dumped off the sofa left it on its side and didn't even put the legs on it. Told me they'd be back later that afternoon with a replacement for the broken piece, asked me to sign for the delivery as if all the pieces I had paid for had been delivered in good order which I did not sign. left mud all over my clean floors, and told me the store would call me to arrange for the piece to be delivered. The store never called me, they did not deliver the piece that day and likely won't tomorrow either. Won't deal with Ashley again. The last time I bought from them it was a like experience. I thought it would be better with the new store. Not impressed!
