We were made aware it would be a while before they could get out due to other obligations. We were fine with that. The roof was cleaned November 2024, and they did a good job. Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

Bryan came out check out the project a couple of days after I had contacted them through Yelp as…read morewell as sending a message via their contact form. I offered to pay him 250% of the amount he quoted. I don't know what the problem is but he would never set an appointment to get the job done. Numerous times I asked should I contact another vendor with no response given. Its been 15+ days since I originally contacted Peterson NW with no action taken by Bryan after the initial visit to the site. My suggestion is to pass on this company given the lack of courtesy shown in a lack of response and commitment to action.

Jonathan came over and checked everything out, giving us the unfortunate update that we had a lot more issues than we actually knew. When he inspected our roof for a quote, he is the ONLY roofer who took pictures to explain to us what was going on up there. He is also the ONLY roofer who followed up with us after receiving the quote. We had a small legal battle due to our inspector being negligent which is why we didn't know about any of these roofing issues. We did some research on the products they were going to use and after everything we found out it was a clear choice for us on who to proceed with. We signed a contract with them in January and we just completed our roof and gutter installation before the end of March. There was a lot more damage than what we expected which made us even more grateful that we had Jonathan and his team working on our home. He communicated with us the entire time with daily updates on their progress. We are so grateful to LeMoine Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. We can't wait for more housing projects in the future and will absolutely be giving them a call.
