Terrible Customer Service (Especially from McKenzie)…read more We had our vehicle at Mid-Town Body Repair, after someone hit the right side of our car. The other driver's insurance was covering the damages, so we brought it here hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that especially because of the way we were treated by one of their employees, McKenzie. From the very beginning, she was extremely rude and demeaning. She spoke to my husband as if he were ignorant, and when we asked reasonable questions about the repair process, her responses were dry, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. She provided misleading information and made what was already a stressful situation even more difficult. Her attitude was dismissive and lacked even the most basic level of compassion or courtesy. When we ultimately decided to take our car elsewhere for repairs, McKenzie acted immaturely refusing to speak directly with my husband and behaving as though we were the problem once he got there to pick up the car. If you're looking for respectful, professional, and honest customer service, look elsewhere. I strongly urge Mid-Town Body Shop to properly train their staff, especially McKenzie, on how to treat customers with basic decency. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Mike, Sherri, and all the members of the team do beautiful work. So, recently when my car was hit so hard the truck that hit me broke its front axel, I knew exactly where to go. My insurance company wanted me to use one of their preferred providers as they said the work would then be guaranteed. Well, Mike guarantees his work 100% and his word is better than some vendor I don't know. You literally can't tell that 70% of the passenger side of my car has been replaced! Every detail is perfect including the match on color. In addition, due to a family situation, I was in a time bind. Mike worked diligently with the insurance adjusters to make sure that my repairs were not held up. The tire indicator light had gone on and I had difficulty determining exactly how to reset the light after filling the tire. I went to Eurobahn and was told everyone was busy and I'd have to make an appt for another day. It's a 30 second fix. I had just spoken with someone in sales over the previous weekend and was told that I should just bring it in and it would be a quick reset. The woman managing the flow said there was nothing she could do for me. Everyone was occupied. I couldn't even wait for a technician to be freed up. I felt disrespected by her attitude and response. I went immediately to the BMW dealer on Wendover who addressed it quickly, he also was able to determine exactly what issues were currently due. My car is now having a $300 routine maintenance issue taken care of them. I will not be going back to Eurobahn. I'd rather give my money to a provider who listened and was responsive. Eurobahn couldn't be counted on for a simple ( non repair) fix, so I don't trust them with more complicated maintenance. Nancy
