Got it back and none of the signal present LED'S or clipping LED's that WERE working were no longer working! Fine, I called and they said bring it back in and it would go right back on the bench. FOUR weeks later they said it was now fixed, took it home, hooked it all back up and NOTHING!! LED'S STILL OUT!! and to make matters worse, THE DAMN HUM IS STILL THERE!! I spent nearly $500 for basically leaving my equipment in worse condition than when I brought it in!! BEWARE!!! Pissed off doesn't quite cover it!

My son explored many stores checking out basses and amps. Terry asked what my son was looking for and what music he was playing. He let him browse and take his time with no pressure. Every time I go in with an instrument or amp in need of repair Terry drops what he's doing and, at the very least, looks at it or repairing it then and there. I went in looking for a new acoustic guitar and Terry found out I liked Martin's but couldn't afford one. He sold me a Martin with a cracked panel on the face at a fantastic price assuring me it wouldn't bother the sound and offered to fix it if it did. I still haven't repaired it. Places that have remained in business over the many years and are truly special during my younger days are few and far between.

This past January battery decided to visit battery-Valhalla and I was up the creek until someone gave me a jump. I went straight to Battery World, left the car running, and pulled into their shop when it was my turn. They pulled the old battery (after testing it to make sure it was indeed dead) and put in a new one and I was on my way in 10 minutes. All this for ~$100. Nice. Support this place when your battery stops supporting you.
