EVERYTHING was to be done online... after he dissed me and then wanted to charge me for "his time" on designing (NEVER got one!) I prayed I could find someone else. Enter GC printing (formerly Ink Well)! I called Dave (after he got back from a 1 week "closed for vacation") He told me to come in and he'd gladly go over my ideas, and offer some of his own. My 2-sided business card with a photo was nothing short of a challenge! Dave sent me a mock-up via Email, I accepted and within a week they were DONE! The price he quoted me (including the assist with design) was 1/4 of what the other guy was going to charge! When I asked him how much I owed him for the design work he said, "You don't owe me anything for that. It's part of the deal!" I've DEFINITELY found the printer I'm sticking with! I started out with 250 cards but will soon be ordering 500 or even 1000 more!

Prices are almost always half or at least lower than big chains like Staples etc. They never charge you to do a "test print" before running your order. Quick turn-around on jobs, and hardly ever any wait if you have to run in for something last minute. They also do custom paper cuts for free (or very cheap if its a large order). Another really great thing is that they actually have (and know how to use) design software, they have Illustrator and Photoshop. So you don't have to convert files to PDF/JPG/etc. For special jobs they do outsource things like biz cards, booklets, and signs, but the quality is just as good. They are my go-to place now!

I am always impressed with how pleasant and professional the employees are. I know they did a serious remodel to their facility sometime in the last year or so; they greatly expanded their space BEHIND the counter; I only wish they had enlarged the customer area in front of the counter. When they're busy the line can get pretty crowded. It's especially difficult when you're waiting in line with a heavy package. Hopefully, they'll figure out a way to address this concern.

I went into this store because I saw that staples was having a sale on their primary composition…read morebooks. They were on sale for only $1 each so I needed to get 30 for my classroom. (I'm a teacher). I walked into the store and saw the composition books but they were marked at $3. I told the floor staff they were supposed to be on sale but they said no. As i am walking out the store, I noticed a display and in it were the composition books that were marked a dollar! They only had 6 out but when they scanned the barcode, it showed they had some on the truck. The employees went out to the truck and got me two boxes of the books! You could tell the manager on duty wasn't pleased, but it was greatly appreciated!!! Oh and since the books weren't ringing up as dollar I still got the discount. What would've been $96, I got for $32.
