Their "easy" return policy states that you must find a store and return it there or call a number. I called the number and was met with a promotional scam. The only option to get to talk to a representative was to dial "1" which brings you to a promotional department asking if you want $100. I wasn't born yesterday and I know you never get something for nothing. I said I just want to know how to return my item and so they promptly hung up on me, so I had to find a store. The nearest store was Werner's Ace, in Florida, NY, which is a 25 minute drive from my house. When I got there and said that I needed to make an online return, a very rude woman snapped at me that I have to come back tomorrow because the person who does online returns will be in tomorrow. So, of the three people behind the counter, none knew how to process a return - there is just one person specially trained LOL??!!! What are you doing guys? Do you know what year it is?

Especially if it's something they don't want to deal with! Attitude for days and kind of slow at getting things done. How these guys have survived over the years I'll never know. They are at their best during a sale for sure. But not people sensitive or customer service centered at all after-sale! Very self centered. It's a shame because they do sell good products and maintain the facility very well. Their prices are HIGH but I guess they have to cover for the customers they've lost or driven away.
