My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

Offering a wealth of knowledge and skill, she did a fantastic job of diligently working with me to explain every step of the way, without being overbearing or pressuring me. She advised me on the best time to sell my property, kept me apprised of the costs throughout the process (effectively my biggest concern), discarded offers that were unreasonably low and not worth my time, and persistent for a good 3 months before we finally found a buyer at a price point that hit about 90% of my criteria. Thanks to 407 and Peggy's hard work, we were able to be alleviated of the credit burden an unwanted investment property brings and we left the sale with enough money to put towards a home that's just for us! The property manager Joe, along with the head of maintenance Pat, have been the most responsive I have seen. Maintenance requests were always resolved shortly after reaching out. Pool is very peaceful with a nice view of Baldwin pond, and I have never seen it dirty or too crowded. I loved being right next to Baldwin Park, riding my bike on the greenway next to our apartment, the pool being on the pond, seeing rocket launches from the pond, being 10 minutes to downtown...we enjoyed it so much we stayed another year. We hardly had any issues but for anything I called Joe for, maintenance came and it was resolved in a timely manner. I do hope in the near future they get a digital/online system to pay rent but otherwise, Joe was always so kind and attentive as a landlord. We just moved to the community recently, and already the Leasing team has been extremely helpful in every need of ours. Always friendly and going above and beyond. We definitely appreciate the personal touch of greeting us by our names and always being so kind to our family. The Maintenance team is on point. True hard workers and pays attention to detail. We had a clogged sink, and they came to fix it. While they were here, they asked if there was anything else they could do, possibly a new filter. So, he came back with a filter and smile on his face. :) The Community is very beautiful and they maintain the landscaping very well. I love how clean everything is, no matter where you are on the property.
