    I bought my Kia Sorrento 2 months ago and the tire just blew out driving down the road (I didn't hit anything) and they offer no warranty or anything for the defective tire that was on my vehicle. So after a week of waiting for an appointment they now tell me I will have to wait as they will need to order said tire even though I informed them over the phone all the information regarding the tire. Side walls remained in tact and cap just blew off

    Just purchased a 2022 Kia Forte from this dealership. They did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of throughout the purchase. The buying process was simple and straightforward and they sold me the car at MSRP without any market adjustments or add on fees. Bryson Green did an excellent job in ensuring that all my needs and questions were answered throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for the purchase of your next vehicle!

    Zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. My issue is with the service department. I bought a used Nissan Sentra from this place. The service department was to change brake pads. They changed them but a tech forgot to put a bolt in my vehicles left caliper. Luckily the bottom had a bolt. I had my caliper barely on my car. Who forgets to bolt down a caliper after a brake service? Gossett Mt Moriah that's who!! I can only imagine how horrible they are at working on cars if they can't even fix brakes right. Stay away from this place!

    they tried to charge me over 6k in repairs that werent needed. they said I had a bad torque…read moreconvertor, my fuel pump was leaking, and my ac had a leak. took to another shop to verify and it was just bad u joints cauing the transmission issue. There was no evidence of a fuel leak from the pump and the ac compressor was covered in oil from a valve cover leak (that was already fixed by rivard royal last year) so we went from over $6k to $700 to fix the truck and i had rivard royal repair the leak but i still dont know what was up with my ac because they never call you when they say they will. Horrible communication. They also did not provide any paperwork at all when i picked up my vehicle which seems scketchy. They had me thinking my vehicle was a lemon when in fact they were trying to squeeze me like a lemon to make their own lemonade. Stay far far away from here unless you have warranty work, because they will misdiagnose your vehicle then charge you insane dealer prices to fix and never communicate with you effectively. I hope i never have to hear from or see this dealership ever again. I wasnt planning ti post this review consodering i left them a negative one in the past that i later removed but after they didnt call me last week like they said they were and after no follow was given at all or paperwork, it needs to be said. Dont be like me, avoid this place at all costs.

    I really tried to hold off on writing a bad review, but the hits just keep on coming…read more I bought my Escalade about a month ago, and during the purchase, I negotiated to have my windows tinted. I was told it would be done that day, but after waiting five hours, I was informed the tint guy wasn't there -- an entire day wasted. Since then, the problems have only continued: Main Issues: * Promised window tinting not completed as agreed during purchase * No second key fob provided and no follow-up despite multiple reminders * Recall service handled poorly -- vehicle kept overnight with no update or returned calls * Hung up on when calling to check service status; no call back afterward * No follow-through or accountability from staff * Lack of professionalism and customer service across the board * Staff act as if you're bothering them when asking about your own vehicle To be fair, my service advisor, Will, and a few others seem genuinely overworked -- because the rest of the staff is trash. I wouldn't even trust most of them to watch my houseplants. It's a shame that Will has to carry the weight of people who clearly don't care or don't understand what customer service and focus look like. I love the Cadillac brand, but I hate this dealership. Unfortunately, they're the only one in Memphis -- if I had another option, I'd never come here again. If negative stars were possible, they'd earn them.

After they couldn't give Ma a courtesy ride to work, I took an Uber to work and returned 5 hours later...my truck was NOT READY!! After waiting another 20 minutes, I told them just don't wash it. I have to go so I'm now leaving at 3:30 from a 10:00 appointment!! For an oil change!!!! To top it off, I get home and my husband is washing my truck and says "someone hit your truck!" Are you kidding me??? My right rear bumper is scratched up--into the paint!! Never ever ever again!! This place has the worst service!!!! HORRIBLE!!! I wish there was a way to give NO stars!!!!
