I was thankful they were open on the weekend and had availability of chairs and tables last minute. Easy to place an order and rent from. The items themselves were extremely disappointing and in bad condition. Dirty, worn down, felt cheap. I was happy the tables were being covered up because they were scrapped up so bad. It was nice for the convenience but I wouldn't have them be a first option to rent from. We rented tables, chairs, a canopy, and a jumper from here for our baby shower. They were super easy to order from, punctual, and extremely professional and friendly. Not to mention, it's very affordable too! It started raining when they were delivering our jumper, but their delivery person was so helpful and flexible and gave us the option to either take the jumper, decline it, or call them back within an hour to see if conditions changed. They weren't going to charge us if they didn't set it up. Fortunately for us, it stopped raining pretty quickly, and all we did is call, and they brought it right over. We were so busy that we failed to take photos, but it was such a great exclusive experience, and we'd definitely reach out to them again. My only criticism is that their website is outdated (they've lost access to their designer), so their prices are not accurate there. Just use their Facebook page instead. read more

I'm always very impressed by everyone at Got A Party! They're SO polite, helpful and kind. You really can tell they appreciate your business. I've been using them since my daughter turned one for her first big birthday. She's now 15. I use them faithfully every year for parties. This year I got a little too crazy with lot's of decorations. I ran out of time to do the helium balloons, forgot about the tank and return it totally full. I was so sad that I forgot. Our neighbors rented the screen but we placed it on our lawn. The screen was for our Halloween block party. We played hocus pocus on it and when it came time for the warriors game we put it on the big screen. Great quality and fast set up. Everyone enjoyed it and complimented on it. I recently reserved tables and chairs for my daughters grad party and I was overall pleased. I reserved over the phone a couple months in advance and I paid the day before drop off over the phone. The process was simple and price not too bad with delivery. They drop off on a Friday and pick up on Monday. Everyone I talked to was super friendly. The gentleman that dropped off and picked up was nice and actually placed items in my backyard then picked up from my backyard so that was nice not to have to carry it myself! Picked up a cotton candy machine for our preschools end of the year party. The employee was very friendly. She didn't have the regular sugar in stalk so she was going to give me both flavors that were available so that the teacher can decided on which one to use. While in the back getting the cones she happened to find the sugar requested so I gave back the other 2. The cost of the machine was very reasonable. The stand was not included which the teacher didn't realize. I would just make sure that customers know that it's an extra $15. Not bad, but still would have been great to know. Dropped off the machine today (24hr rental) and they were very nice. I'll be happy to order from them for personal use. read more

Scheduled for a jumpy house for our kids birthday party a couple days ago to arrive today at 5pm. The weather has been inclement here and there. Same scenario as last year when it was rainy and they delivered. I initially drafted a 5 STAR review solely based on the delivery, setup, products and customer service up to my event date. I rented 2 jumpers, 20 chairs, and 2 tables. My problem is that they didn't have the 3in1 water jumpy I originally reserved in stock so they brought a 2in1 water jumpy instead. Honestly, the 2in1 worked out great so I was fine with that. The driver was kind enough to bring to my attention that the one I received was $25 less than what I paid for and he instructed me to call the office for my refund. So that was 10/4/14. It's now 11/17/14 and after numerous messages and actually talking to a staff at one point (he promised to call back after checking with the delivery guy, but he NEVER DID), I have not received a $25 refund nor have I even received a phone call back. I really didn't expect this based on the awesome service I received up to my kids' birthday party. They will never get my business again! I don't recommend this place. I'm very disappointed and feel cheated. *Updated* 12/20/14* Out of the blue, I decided to try to call them again for my refund. I received a call back, they apologized for the miscommunication, and I received a refund check 2 days later. This is the WORST place I have ever rented from. If I could give it Zero stars I would. I rented the Kings Tables and chairs for Thanksgiving when they arrived they were extremely dirty, pictures attached. I called right away to complain. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. She offered to swap the tables out for smaller tables, if that was the case I would have rented those to begin with. That would not work. She said she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me. She never called back. I called the day after Thanksgiving to see what could be done, a credit, discount something...she said since we had used them there was nothing she could do. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and the fact that they did nothing to try to make this right. Cleaning these nasty tables that were clearly stored outside in the elements with caked on dirt, grime and spiderwebs along with spiders took about and hour and on top of that I had to re-clean my clean floors which took another hour. Not something I had planned on top of getting ready for the holiday. I will never use this company again! read more

Amazing service and great rental options. I don't live or work in the area, but if I ever need anything for a party, I'd drive out here just to do business with great people. Last year, I rented a snow cone machine for a community event I was hosting. Tom was super knowledgeable about his products and offered great tips for making sure my snow cones were a hit at my event. This year, I hosted another community event and needed a cotton candy machine. Without a doubt, I knew I'd make another drive out to Brentwood just to ensure I rent a great machine. Tom helped me to my car & again offered tips to make large fluffs from the cotton candy machine. Everyone loved it! When I returned the machine, a couple of guys helped me to unload and even helped me back out of the lot, as the street can be a little difficult to exit. The whole team here knows what customer service is all about. I'd recommend Got A Party to anyone. I will admit when I went to their shop I was a bit skeptical because its a hole in the wall but after everything was said and done I felt good about it. The prices are more then reasonable, you don't have to pay anything up front and everyone was super friendly! Everything was clean on pick up and drop off and when one of the employees came to pick up our jumper he took the rest of the stuff too! (we were supposed to drop it off Monday) talk about convenience.
