It's been almost a month since our last contact to him! Our family member paid a lot of money (thousands of dollars) and we don't show any of her debts being paid. We were told she was their best client (obviously since they took all her money and apparently didn't negotiate for her). If this is truly a legitimate company, reach back out to us (Jim Reynolds should have our information and I was included on correspondence to him) and let us know what you've done. At this point, anyone considering this company should run in the opposite direction. They have taken advantage of someone we love and should be ashamed of themselves. I decided to visit his website while bored and I was floored to find out that the service was completely free. I still had the same credit monitoring active from the last company I used. At that point there was no risk. It was refreshing to be able to see the letters they actually send to the bureaus. All I had to do was use a third party site to mail them out. I could've also printed them. The process was a breeze and it was quick. There's no option to speak to a live rep, but this I assume helps keep the service free. The results worked for me. In all it took about 2-3 months to remove the negative items, which was perfectly fine with me. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but I'll be spreading the word to anyone I know who might need it.
