Mike did a great job fixing a sharp dent on my right back row door. He was up front before he came that he felt he could improve it like 90-95% (just based on the photos) since the door is aluminum. Once he came in person and saw it with his own eyes he felt he could get it 99% better and he delivered. He set good expectations by letting me know that since the dent was easier to access. It's not 100% (if I look really hard I can see a small speck still) but that's not his fault. It's really the fault of the careless guy that can't park his car within the lines and then carelessly opens his door to hit other people's cars. That's really inconsiderate... but what comes around goes around... so be thoughtful people! Mike was solid with communication and was willing to come to me at home or work (in SCV or SGV). The HR-V is just a year old (2018) and it's irritating to see a slight ding. I yelped Paintless Dent Removal and voila I got 4 choices. I read the reviews and got two choices. After I got a nice detail on my Lincoln MKX, I saw that I had 3 small dings. I was upset, as this is a new vehicle!
