This review comes after a few engagements with a Greg and Jenny at the Collision Repair Center. Unfortunately, I cannot find pictures from the first time they did body work on our car but the images are from our most recent experience. My car door was hit as I was exiting my car in a shopping center parking lot! Be careful folks! A woman attempted to park in the spot next to mine and jammed her car into my open door. In any case- of course, I had to go through insurance and all that jazz, and initially Jenny had told me she was not able to help us. That they would not be able to get to the car until February (accident happens mid-December; talk about timing ‍). I tried to go elsewhere but to be honest, we had such a fantastic experience the first time they did body work on the same car (I was rear ended) that I reached back out to Jenny who manages the office, and asked her if she could speak with Greg to see if he could sneak us in. Greg was wonderful and did. THANK YOU! Jenny is a bit rougher around the edges and that's probably because I misspoke her name (my apologies!). She explains everything thoroughly and is fantastic over email. She's really nice and easy to work with (once we got past the snafu). Greg's work is clean, thorough, and he does everything with integrity. I really appreciate their honesty and transparency. They repaired the front bumper and diver's door. Initially I was quoted the work would take two weeks but they were able to complete the work in ten days including the weekend. Greg is really nice and their repair and body work are fantastic. It's not common to come across mechanics who do good work and have a good work ethic. I hope we won't need body work again BUT in the event we do, I'll be sure to come back. read more

Some no good homeless person threw a metal piece at our tesla model y while driving on the road. I got 3 estimates from certified tesla repair centers and all of them wanted outrageous amount of money for the repair. If you own a tesla you know what I mean. Front desk: jenny is so professional and really good at her job. Shes very sweet and made me feel welcome and super comfortable. She helped me with my situation. I had a simple front end bumper issue and no rental coverage. So they were nice enough to order my parts first. They did let me know if there's more damage it will be longer which i totally understand. The mechanic: i told him about my situation and agreed to order parts and got my paint code so they can have a head start on my car. This whole thing was so easy and stress free! WOW! We really cannot say enough good things about our experience with H4 Auto Collision. I was in a car accident just before the holidays and H4 was suggested by a friend. I was a little hesitant, because they were so far away from work and home for us, but my gut told me to give them a try. I had our car towed there and the owner, Mike, was in contact with us the next day. He kept a very open line of communication with us thought the whole repair process and worked seamlessly with the insurance company. H4 made this so painless and easy for us! What a relief! Mike is the best. We came in and told him our situation. ( frontal collision) he was willing to work with us on the price because we didn't have collision insurance and was paying out of pocket. After inspecting the car, he called and notified me about the costs and was honest with his evaluation and told me the results. Took about a week to get it fixed, which for me is fast. I am amazed! They charge me the price of one for two jobs which included a left sided scrapped dented rear bumper and scratches on the right side of the same bumper. Also, a hard long key dent on the driver side door. Other places charged double the amount! Not to mention, I brought in my car dusty with dirty windows. Someone hit my car and brought me here to fix my car, roughly 9 years ago. I was so nervous that my car was hit, but Mike reassured me my car would be fine. Mike was extremely helpful and so nice. Then I got in an accident two years later and brought my car back. Mike was still helpful and super nice. He even gave me some advice. We were sent here by the insurance co. of the people that rear ended our Mercedes GLK. Since we didn't pick the shop that was fixing our car, of course we were a little worried. However just a few minutes of talking with Mike at H4 put us at ease. He assured us he would take very good care of our car, and he did. Let me just start off by saying it was a tough weekend. There was damage done to my car when someone tried to break into it. I was so upset I asked for advice from some friends on Facebook and someone mentioned this place. Even though this experience was rough I am so glad I brought my car into H4. The man who helped service my car was Mike and this review is based on him and how smooth he made my whole experience. He explained everything and calmed me down.
