If you come here thinking that this is gonna be a regular run-of-the-mill Harley Shop; you might be…read moredisappointed. I was told to come here if you're looking for discontinued (Obsolete) items. I was looking for a discontinued Hydration vest. And they had it, in my size. They also had parts for my 2012 CVO Ultra Classic. It's extremely hard to get discontinued Harley items. Harley just doesn't cater to their customers with older bikes. But this place does. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I rode from California and was told to come here. I was very pleased.

Wow. I knew this place was bad, but I went anyway without reading any reviews. What a clown show…read more Impossible to tell employees from customers because it's all old men shooting the breeze while ignoring anyone who walks through the door. I'm 67, retired, and the youngest guy in there. Eventually, I found an employee and asked a question anyone would know on their first day on the job (price of oil and filter change). He seemed to have no idea and be irritated at the question. As I left, a guy came in to talk to the mechanics in the shop. The woman at the desk, instead of getting off her chair and saying "right this way" or "come with me" (the shop door was right next to her), she gets on the PA! and says HOMERTHERESACUSTOMERHEADINYOURWAY. Unprofessional in every way, they do not even pretend to care. No reason to ever return.

I called them up to see about getting a recall repair done on my 2007 GSXR600. The master cylinder…read moreis defective on those and other models. I live in Vicksburg where I am stationed with the Army and asked if he could get the part in advance and we make an appointment to have it installed. *they have to be ordered by VIN number because of the number involved in the recall* I was told that he would not pre-order the part because he's had others who he has ordered the part for that never showed up and claims to be on the hook for the cost of the part. I offered to put my card up for collateral to prevent him from feeling like he was taking a risk. Again he declined. I asked how long he would have my bike and he said the part would take about 4 days once it was ordered. Hmmm, Suzuki offers the dealer funds to pay for expedited shipping according to the service manager at my usual dealership so I wonder where that money is going if not into the dealerships pocket. The guy at the dealership then tried to tell me that they just couldn't do it and I reminded him that I would cover the risk until the part was installed. He then tried to tell me that they can't even order the part unless the bike is there. Well, since he said he has been burned in the past the fallacy of that statement was astounding. At this point I don't have any confidence in the honesty of the shop, and would never think of taking my equipment there. He got belligerent and I responded in kind. Draw your own conclusions from this experience... I did get in touch with another dealer in the area and they have ordered the part based on my VIN number and will make an appointment for me to be there and wait while the part is installed. In a world of customer service, this shop has a pretty sorry showing. If you want a Suzuki, I recommend going elsewhere for your product if you have to deal with them for service. Yeah, I'm voting with my pocket book. I've been riding for 27 years and this is hands down the poorest customer service it has ever been my misfortune to have experienced. I'm just glad I learned that before I spent a dime of my earnings there.
