These people are bold face liars in the service department. I can't speak for the sales team, but be ready when you walk into the service department, because they will absolutely squeeze every dollar out of you they can. Don't take my word for it, take 5 minutes to review their Better Business Bureau profile before dropping your equipment off. 12May23 I dropped my four wheeler off because it was shutting off after getting up to 25mph. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty thumb switch ($120) part retail. To which they said it was gonna cost me $400 to replace said $120 switch, rated at a 2.5 hour repair. It sits on-top of the handlebars with 2 Screws, an electrical connector, and a throttle cable. Which is literally a 30 minute job on its best day. So I told them I didn't want to do it, which I guess they didn't like. I go pick it up, and they charge me a $180 "diagnostic fee" for looking at it. Said it took them an hour and a half to diagnose it. I'm sure. I'll never bring these people a weed wacker to work on, much less my four wheeler. *Edit* 13MAY23 So I did a bit of research, and found that 9x out of 10, adjusting the throttle cable (red circle) will fix a motor dying spontaneously on these Polaris Sportsman's. Got Gear had said that the entire assembly was bad (blue circle), charged me $180 to diagnose it, then said it would be $400 to fix it. Welp, I turned that throttle cable adjuster 3 times clockwise to pull some of the slack out of the thumb switch, and lo and behold..... she's fixed, and right as rain. Which tells Me their tech is either REAL bad, or they're price gouging. You be the judge....

I called them up to see about getting a recall repair done on my 2007 GSXR600. The master cylinder…read moreis defective on those and other models. I live in Vicksburg where I am stationed with the Army and asked if he could get the part in advance and we make an appointment to have it installed. *they have to be ordered by VIN number because of the number involved in the recall* I was told that he would not pre-order the part because he's had others who he has ordered the part for that never showed up and claims to be on the hook for the cost of the part. I offered to put my card up for collateral to prevent him from feeling like he was taking a risk. Again he declined. I asked how long he would have my bike and he said the part would take about 4 days once it was ordered. Hmmm, Suzuki offers the dealer funds to pay for expedited shipping according to the service manager at my usual dealership so I wonder where that money is going if not into the dealerships pocket. The guy at the dealership then tried to tell me that they just couldn't do it and I reminded him that I would cover the risk until the part was installed. He then tried to tell me that they can't even order the part unless the bike is there. Well, since he said he has been burned in the past the fallacy of that statement was astounding. At this point I don't have any confidence in the honesty of the shop, and would never think of taking my equipment there. He got belligerent and I responded in kind. Draw your own conclusions from this experience... I did get in touch with another dealer in the area and they have ordered the part based on my VIN number and will make an appointment for me to be there and wait while the part is installed. In a world of customer service, this shop has a pretty sorry showing. If you want a Suzuki, I recommend going elsewhere for your product if you have to deal with them for service. Yeah, I'm voting with my pocket book. I've been riding for 27 years and this is hands down the poorest customer service it has ever been my misfortune to have experienced. I'm just glad I learned that before I spent a dime of my earnings there.
