My company, Valet Of The Dolls, has been purchasing products from Got Party for more than 12 years now! They are our heroes! We use the foam sticks as traffic wands and LOVE the decals that Got Party makes baring our company name which we can put on the sticks. Works perfectly. Can't help but notice a customer who wrote a virtual BOOK about her disappointment in the stickers. Maybe the problem is that she didn't by the foam sticks from Got Party! It's the end of the year and time to Yelp about all the good and the bad for the year. I've planned many a party and used most of the products from this local party supply store. I've been using them since 2000 and I've been happy with their prices and service. They ship fast and their prices are probably some of the lowest around. I like the fact that they test all of their products before sending them out, because in the flashing light biz or anything with batteries coming from China you have to be very careful. Some items can sit in containers for months before being put on the shelf so not all are created equal. I often buy from them to re-sell so I have to know that the product works. They test everything and they stand behind their products. (check your spelling and sizing on custom orders because that's your responsibility) I've spoken with the cust. service guy Michael and he's explained to me the difference in many products that I would've thought would all be the same but aren't. Some foam sticks have a slippery film on them, some are longer, some are shorter, some have different light programs that others and some are great for customizing and others don't take the labels. So, if I buy customized products from them I let them I get the whole product instead of mixing and matching from other stores to save a dollar. In the long run it's worth it to have them be responsible for what they sell since they know their products. Not all products are as they say and I trust the guys at GotParty.com to know what works and what doesn't. I've purchased many trophies and foam sticks as well as customized items from them and been very happy. I really like their Hollywood themed products like movie reels, Oscar statues, stars, and scene settings. The customization really is nice and makes a difference when giving a statue. You won't find another company around that will work as hard for your business than the guys at Got Party. P.S. Never leave your products in direct sunlight, this can cause labels to peel and batteries to degrade. read more

WORST Product Customer Service I have ever dealt with and poor quality stickers. Bottom line, I'm not sure what the rest of his products are like as I was looking for one very specifically purposed product, but I will never purchase something from this company again based on the way I was treated on the phone. The Foam Light Personalized Stickers do not work on all foam lighted sticks, so use caution when purchasing them. My story begins below. From the very beginning I was unsure about this company but it was the only place I could find the stickers we needed. We ordered foam lighted sticks from another company and loved them but we needed stickers to personalize them. We found the stickers on GotParty.com. When I tried to place the order, I wanted to see a proof before paying (as any good marketing person would). They would not, however comply with this request. I paid and they digitally put the sticker together and sent me the proof. Thankfully, the proof looked good and I was ok with proceeding with production (which is good because production had already begun). We received the roll of 1000 stickers in great time and the day before our event, we put the stickers on the sticks. Within an hour, the stickers began lifting from the foam. By the time we were ready to give out our items, the labels all needed to be redone and many were stuck to each other. By the end of the event, we were running around peeling all of the labels off the street as they had fallen off the foam sticks. When I called to talk to Michael about the quality and if they would consider a refund, I wasn't able to reach them. So I sent an email explaining that I was disappointed with the quality of the stickers and that they did not stick to the foam for which they were meant and asked if they would consider a refund. At no point did I demand a full refund, but that's what they got out of it. I got a response back right away saying they wanted to speak with me. Two more days of calling and I finally got hold of Michael who wanted to know what had happened. So I explained to him that we had applied the stickers, and stored the sticks for transport and the stickers were all coming off. He first shamed me for not calling sooner, but in my line of work, I get to these projects when I can. He then began to tell me that he was offended that I would be saying his "Professional Quality Product" was of poor quality. (It didn't stick to the foam it was supposedly made for, so my perception of quality is of course going to be poor). So after talking in circles about the quality of his product, he switched gears to blaming me for poor handling. His product is perfect, so we didn't put the stickers on the sticks correctly. I explained that we didn't get instructions, so we applied them in the only way we knew how. (How many ways can you apply a sticker to a foam stick?) He even went as far as to tell me that there are no bad reviews of this product on their website. Well, that's because the website is so poorly constructed, there is no way to leave a review or comment of any type for the products or the company itself on the website. He then began to tell me that the quality of our foam sticks was the problem and that he would have no way of knowing what kind of quality they were because he couldn't see them. The phone call went on like this for another 10 minutes with him telling me we handled the product wrong and it was all our fault and with me trying to explain that I just wanted to know if they would give me a refund because we were unhappy with the product and if the answer was no then the phone call didn't need to continue. He said there is no way he would consider a full refund as we have used part of the product. To which I explained that I wasn't asking for a full refund I just wanted to know if they would consider any type of refund. Eventually the call ended with him saying "No. All sales are final" and me telling him "Have a very nice day, good luck with your sales, and maybe you should check your customer service policies." read more

This is a great and friendly business. The most important thing is that theyre responsible. My girlfriend ordered a statue with a personal engraving for me and there was one misspelled letter but thats just because we rushed them I guess, anyways, I called and they replaced my old statue with a new statue, and guess what? Delivered it to my home personally in just a couple of days! And added in lighting toy of some kind I guess as a kind of compensation. Michael and Cliff, they know what customer service is all about.
