NOT COVID-19 COMPLIANT!!! No employee working at this location was wearing a mask. No pixie glass on the cashier counter. If you care about your LIFE don't visit this business!!! When I asked one employee in English and Spanish why she wasn't wearing a mask she smiled and laughed . I then asked the cashier why no employee was wearing a mask and she seemed annoyed by my question and when I asked her again she rudely replied , "because it's hot". It was 11am and only 75degrees. I bought 3 cans of tamarindo sticks and they were so dry and nasty, I called about 2 days ago talked to this lady who works their and asked her if I can exchange them she said it was fine for me to change them, then I called again just to confirm and this man answers and was so rude he goes any market you go too no one is gonna exchange food, and I told him that's not true there's a lot of stores that will exchange something if it's still seal and he gave me a horrible attitude on the phone and just click. Horrible because when I bought stuff they were all so nice and now that you want to return something they are so rude to you... i spend about $556 with them and they can't even exchange one thing. I am amazed that I found such great customer service in such a busy part of LA. I went to five other locations, all within two blocks of this place. I was looking for a Coco (the Disney movie) guitar for my cousins birthday. Not only did this location have it, yay!, but it was a good $3-4 cheaper than the competitors. Walking around, the variety of candy that they had was incredible! I wanted marzipan and one of their workers took me directly to it. He asked if I wanted with or without chocolate. I didn't know there was WITH CHOCOLATE!! He opened up a box and gave me two to try. GUESS WHO BOUGHT TO BOXES?! heck yes I did. There's 2 girls, one with tattooed eyebrows badly done with short black hair and the other witch light skin blond hair poorly colored. They both say different prices and who ever says the higher price that's what they charge you. They charge taxes on some stuff but not on all. Even once inside the store they try to sell you on items you have no interest in buying. A lady offered a sample of some chips, I politely said no thank you. She then suggest I use them for party favor bags, I reply no thanks I won't be making any. She then suggests I buy the chips to put on the party table. Seriously! It's so uncomfortable. They don't have special pricing if you have a sellers permit, they only offer to deduct tax on taxable items. I only went because Jokers Party Supply was closed but now I know they are closed on Sunday's and will never return to this place. read more

Thoroughly impressed by this place. I found it while trying to find a Frida pinata for my baby's 1st birthday. I definitely went into every store and in all honesty, I wish I would have come here first. They have everything for a party and some. I also really think the quality of their pinatas are so much better than all of the other places out there. We pre ordered a piñata with balls inside. Originally it supposed to have 18 balls. When we went to go to pick it up it seemed fine as we were going to put it in the car we noticed that one of the balls was popped and one ball was missing. My husband went back into the store and they made cuts underneath the piñata and fixed the problem. However now I'm stuck with a torn piñata and I cannot put candies inside. And to apologize they gave my husband six extra balls! But yet the piñata looks horrible now! If I would checked that they cut it underneath I wouldn't of wanted the piñata! My cousin I were looking for a custom Piñata. They Confirmed they'd be able to do it in May to have ready by June so we left a deposit. When we returned to pick up the piñata on the date promised, they couldn't do it all of a sudden and asked us to come back and they'd try to make it. We drove really far and this was TERRIBLE business! The sales guy was rude and we had to fight for our deposit back! Don't come here !!! Update: 1/27 I originally gave this company 5 stars. I ordered a custom piñata and was told by ERNESTO that he would personally call me when it was ready for pick up. That was NOT the case! A few weeks past by and no one ever called. I had to call to see what was going on. Come to find out, the order was ready last week, but no one called to let me know. These people are friendly, but do not follow through with their orders.
