He called me when he was 2 minutes away to let me know. He greeted nicely when I entered the car. He drove safely and not once did he get on his phone for any reason. I arrived on time to my appointment and he verified when I needed picked up after my appointment. He asked me to call him 20 minutes before end of appointment to verify when I needed picked up. He arrived on time to pick me up. Again he greeted me and said he hoped my appointment had gone well. And when a car cut him off and he had to brake quickly, he immediately apologized to me. For example, a relative of mine was in need of a medic, nothing earth-shattering. The Medic who came to the rescue was none other than Ryan Schott, Crew Chief, and FTO. I just had a ball talking with him and seeing how attentive and engaging he was. He was very helpful and went out of his way to assist. His partner was also so nice, they even helped to move a vehicle for us. I have to say that I pray nothing ever happens where I am in need of a Medic but if so, let it be Ryan and Team. His Manager should know what an amazing member of staff he has and very well trained. He was specific in instruction and offered to do what he could despite the fact that ambulatory care to a hospital was not taken. Let's give these gentlemen a hand and thank them for being on the scene when needed. Well done Ryan and crew. Keep up the excellent service! Not sure if you can make requests if in need of a Medic, but you won't go wrong with Ryan by your side :-)
