The customer service was very friendly, the waiting area is clean, car is ready on time or before estimate, and the prices are fair. They also give you a punch card for oil changes so you can earn a free one. Upon moving to the area l used to take my car to Apple Honda, but compared to the service I've received at Thornton it's really night and day. Would recommend!

Not wanting to go for a loan before making sure I wanted the vehicle, I needed to return a few days later to finish up the paperwork. Beshore and Koller held the truck for me during this time. When I was able to make the return trip to sign the papers, knowing I had to travel a distance, they were willing to stay late if necessary to accommodate my schedule. When I got there, the truck was washed, gassed up, and ready to go. we got right to the paperwork, and they had me back on the road home within half an hour. Glad I made the trip, and would definitely consider returning for a future purchase.
